Negative experience: I have contacted Ágora four times through the idealista portal. The apartments were advertised in a few hours, and whenever I called, they were either already inhabited, under deposit, or rented out months ago. The treatment was dismissive and very unfriendly over the phone. Their responses were very rude. 1. I was never offered to sit down to discuss another apartment. 2. I was never treated as a client. 3. I was treated with rudeness and little respect. They even told me not to call back. 4. I don't understand the treatment because they don't know me personally. Now, their image, for me, is terrible. 5. I've been told that they ask for €300 in advance to get on the clients' list. Maybe that's it. Because I don't understand why I was never attended to.

Negative experience: My experience with these ladies has been disastrous. After several attempts to rent an apartment, they give me the literal explanation that they have a portfolio of exclusive and demanding clients. Where my profile does not fit. When they don’t even know me personally nor have they conducted financial studies on me. I told them I’m no longer interested in the apartment, obviously, and they respond that the apartment rents itself. I went to another real estate agency and they welcomed me with kind, professional, and very close service. They treat both the owner and the tenant as clients equally. I had the financial study done and they even talked to me about the possibility of buying instead of renting. Because it was even more profitable for me!!! Next week I already have the keys!!!! Super happy. Ladies of Agora, you have a lot to learn. I have my own apartment and you still have the apartment advertised on Idealista for weeks. Hahaha. May you benefit from your CLOSED portfolio of exclusive and demanding clients.

Negative experience: You are so professional that you demonstrate it with this response. Obviously, if we have to pay a professional to rent the apartment... it won’t be you. As you said... it is not my property, but my husband’s. However, until now I have been managing it with you without any problems, even signing for him, following what you told me, which is illegal, ah... but to return the key to me... it was no longer convenient for you to give it to me because I wasn’t the owner (all because you already knew we were stopping working with you). We did not go to the resolution, because we live outside the peninsula and while we worked with you... it was not a problem. If we decided to be with you, it was because you were the only agency that did not charge us, as you offered charging the tenant. But from the very first moment we knew you were doing it wrong. The tenants (two young people) in front of you handed over their IDs, with one of them being either the mother’s or mother-in-law’s, and you let them get away with it pretending to be her. Then we found out that you were telling them one thing and us another, lying in between, and finally when you do the resolution of the apartment you say that everything is correct... and you lie again. Didn’t you see, for example, the cloth on the door of one of the bathrooms above the bathroom?? Anyway... You have to know how to accept criticism. I wasn't going to leave a review... just a star. But... you have forced me to do it... I will add that: 1. We delivered the house clean and in good condition. You returned it to us dirty and with broken things (obviously that wasn’t shown in the videos). 2. We said no animals and we discovered that they had a cat. (There were feces and hairs that you didn’t record in the resolution video) 3. Always with lies... 4. At no point did you tell us about charging us... obviously you weren’t charging us but you were charging the tenants. You set that rule yourselves... that’s why I repeat we chose you... for not paying... because for paying... we pay people who do their job well. 5. You didn’t tell the tenants anything because you told me you would take care of it and that I shouldn’t get involved, so you say at every moment what suits you. I won’t add anything else... simply for us you did not do a good job. And we will not repeat with you... nor will I recommend you to anyone. Have a good summer to you too.

Without confirming anything, much less signing any contract, they published it with my photos and watermark of their logo.................I spoke with the IDEALISTA portal explaining what had happened and the listing disappeared. Very good job by IDEALISTA and terrible by that real estate agency. It reminded me of the film 'Glengarry Glen Ross'.
