Negative experience: Horrible experience!! Beware of them. I flagged a property they had for sale while selling my own home to make the switch. What I didn't know was that they continued to offer it, showing it, advertising it, and lying to me the whole time. When I finally sold my home, they told me that the property I had flagged had been sold to someone else.
Buenos días "Cristina" (Se realmente quién eres, pero por educación no voy a revelar tu nombre). EDITO: Siento que te hayas sentido así, pero no es como lo dices. Tuvisteis a la propietaria durante más de 5 meses esperando y asumiendo gastos por esperaros y respetar vuestra propuesta, por nuestra parte intentamos hacer todo lo posible. Os hemos citado bastantes veces en la inmobiliaria (sin resultado por vuestra parte, ya que sólo aceptabais a reuniros si estaba la parte vendedora, siendo que está, nos había delegado la gestión a nosotros) para intentar solucionar el problema y que no perderíais la vivienda, puesto que el problema lo teníais vosotros con la venta de vuestro piso. Cuando finalmente accedisteis a reuniros, dijisteis "que no ibais a ampliar arras para solucionarlo (aunque estabais dispuestos a seguir con la compra, si por fin se vendiera vuestro piso) y que no queríais perjudicar a la propietaria por la venta". Cuando nos dijisteis que os iban a señalizar la vivienda, hablamos con la parte vendedora y nos comentó que tenía un familiar interesado y por ello, nosotros os aconsejamos aceptar la señal por la compra de vuestro piso, condicionada a la compra de este para que si no salía no perdierais nada.Nosotros os hemos devuelto la señal íntegra y os hemos intentado aconsejar en todo momento para hacer las cosas de la mejor manera posible y sin que nadie saliera perjudicado. Por nuestra parte, estamos tranquilos con nuestra gestión, que fue transparente en todo momento, y os deseamos que podáis sacar la operación adelante...

Claramente se ve que te equivocas de inmobiliaria, si deseas te invito a que pase por nuestra oficina y nos digas que problema tuviste y si podemos estaremos encantados de ayudarte a solucionarlo.
