Fantastic experience: Esther, the owner of the real estate agency, is a professional, dedicated, responsible, and attentive. She managed the rental of an apartment we own in 2020, handling contracts, deposit presentations, and any necessary documents. Now, after almost 4 years, she still retains all the documentation that was provided, and luckily, because of her, we have recovered the deposit to give it back to the tenants without any problem and on the same day. I just had to call, and we went together to the bank. I 100% recommend this real estate agency.

Negative experience: Fui por recomendación, pues no conozco la zona. Me atendió la chica joven, agradable la chica, no digo que no. Quería un piso barato, pues para dormir y poco más, no quiero invertir en pagar alquileres y así se lo hice saber. Lo que me sorprendió fue que al no haber mucho donde elegir, me pregunta que de qué trabajo y cuánto gano... Obviamente le dije lo primero que se me ocurrió, ya que sin tener un piso apalabrado (luego suelen pedir nómina y demás) no voy a decirle ni dónde trabajo y mucho menos mi sueldo... Estamos tontos? Por mi trabajo (el real) suelo viajar, y en ninguna inmobiliaria me han preguntado eso en los 5 primeros minutos de estar. El caso es que me dice que con "mi sueldo" me puedo permitir un piso más caro... Yo ya sé que hasta ganando mucho, me puedo gastar más, pero ¿es lo que yo quiero? No hay más gastos? O es todo por la pasta para llevaros un buen pellizco de los honorarios?? No vuelvo ni aunque me regalen el primer mes. Interesada, falta de profesionalidad y de educación.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia. Uno busca información de un piso y te dicen te hago saber pasan días y no te dicen nada, y cuando escriben te dicen que no era para ti. Sin haberte visto la cara! No sé si esto es posible de parte de una inmobiliaria.

After seeing an ad on Idealista, I became interested in a rental property since the conditions are two months' deposit, the current month, and economic solvency. After waiting two days to have a visit and time to see the apartment, I was informed that I also had to pay the agency fees plus VAT, which should be paid by the owner, not the tenant. I communicated that these expenses do not belong to the tenant, and their response was that this law does not exist in Valencia, while it is from the BOE—a bit laughable. Not recommended, nothing serious and much less professional; if you put up an ad, you should include everything, not half-measures, and it makes us waste time.

Negative experience: Poca seriedad, se acuerda la compra de una vivienda y resulta que otra inmobiliaria la vende por otro lado, así que tiempo perdido de desplazarse y la visita, menos mal que no se realizaron las arras si no menudo lío, lo dicho hay inmobiliarias más serias por la zona.
