Negative experience: After several months, to this day half of the issues have still not been resolved. They rented me an apartment with a crazy person (I even had to call the police) and according to them, this is the first they have heard of it, when they sold me on the idea that they had done an assessment of the property. The surprise is when I talk to the neighbors, and the issue with the one above has been problematic for years. Besides many other things that have not been resolved. It's sad. On top of that, they are right below the problematic property. I waited a few months just in case, but... nothing at all.
