Negative experience: After waiting 40 days to file a tax return, we told them not to do it and to return our documentation. It took them 8 days to return the documentation. We called them every week to see if it was done, and they said they would call us when it was ready. They don’t do it; they take it to another office and go in order of arrival (40 days waiting). They have blocked my phone, WhatsApp, and email; there were no signs of life. Overall, a true disaster of a management service; they even hang up the phone on you (calling from another number). I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. I just took my tax return and a family member's; it took them 20 minutes, unbelievable. That’s all I have to say.

Negative experience: They are untrustworthy and uninformed. Besides not doing their job, they tell you that they will call you back and return your documents, and after 40 days we are still waiting. They even blocked our calls.

Negative experience: Son unos estafadores!!!! Nos gestionaron el alquiler del piso y se quedaron el dinero del depósito, que no ingresaron en el Incasòl. Además se pagó para que realizaran los tramites del cambio de domiciliación de subministros y no hiceron nada, sólo quedarse con el dinero. Son unos estafadores!!! Pasado un año nos devuelen el dinero del depósito, y al realizar el ingreso al Incasól, nos cobran un recargo, que evidentement hemos pagado de nuesto bolsillo, y tampoco han realizado el cambio de subministros, pero si se han quedado el dinero. Toda la estafa está registrada en la OCU, API y Abogado, pues, sólo accedió a devolver el import del depósito cuando nos gastamos más dinero en Abogados, Burofaxs, etc... Son unos estafadores!!!!

Negative experience: Nos ha robado dinero de la comunidad incumpliendo las leyes de la propiedad horizontal y encima no da la cara!
