Negative experience: I will never recommend them! I am the owner of an apartment that I rented through them. Currently, the tenant is not paying me, and I am still waiting for them to call me at some point (I know they can't do anything), but if they tell me they will call me, I think that's the least they can do.

Negative experience: Since May 26 of this year, 2023, a new housing law has come into force. This law expressly establishes in its first final provision, as well as in other sections of the law: 'OBLIGATION for the real estate management costs and the contract formalization costs to be borne by the landlord.' This applies to contracts of one year or more. This real estate agency is violating this law since they insist that they do not operate this way and stipulate that the real estate costs are split half by the landlord and half by the tenant. This cannot be the case; it is ILLEGAL. I have inquired about apartments for long-term rental, one year or more, and they tell me that I must pay these costs. When you explain that you know the law and that this is not the case, they immediately cease all communication, do not answer calls, nor respond to messages, or anything. Do not be fooled, this real estate agency engages in illegal acts.
