Fantastic experience: I bought an apartment from Sareb through GFA. Evelia (sales representative) attended to us very quickly and kindly. The experience with them has been very good, especially with Rubén Esteban, one of the most diligent, efficient, and kind people I've dealt with in a purchase. If it hadn't been for him, the operation probably wouldn't have gone ahead due to errors from my bank in the financing. But his attention, preparation, and work with me and all the people involved was key to finally making everything happen. I thank you again for everything you have done. From my experience, 100% recommended.

Negative experience: I made a bid for an apartment two months ago, they call it 'flash sale'. It has been a complete disaster trying to get my deposit back. No one attends to me and they have my money on hold. The customer service phone number is useless, it constantly goes to an answering machine, and I’ve been like this for weeks. A true shame on the part of this organization. They do not work well, they do not respond nor provide any solutions; if something goes wrong, all you get is silence. I do not recommend anyone to work with this company. It seems they only focus on what works for them. When it comes to refunding the deposited money to people, they do not comply. Apparently, according to reviews, I am not the first nor will I be the last. Think twice before starting to work with them.

Negative experience: Communication with this business is extremely difficult. They rarely responded to calls or whatsapp mesaages. When they did, it was slow and unhelpful. It felt like they were completely ignoring me as a customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service.

Negative experience: Prank call, after a whole morning of calling, they don't answer my questions, they don't provide me with any email or another phone number to solve my doubts, and they hang up on me in the middle.

Fantastic experience: Today I bought an apartment from Sareb through GFA, and I honestly have to be very grateful for the treatment received from Rubén Esteban, who throughout the sales process did an impeccable follow-up. Lejos de ejercer como comerciales y en complemento a ello, una desorganización y falta de comunicación interna y externa absoluta. Ponen publicaciones en internet de locales que realmente no tienen. Y no solo eso, podés estas días esperando y reclamando que te llamen para brindarte información, o como fué en mi caso, para que luego te digan que no tienen ese local. Si así trabajan antes de contratarlos, no me quiero imaginar cuando tomen una seña...

Poren, tener una imobiliária con un equipazo como el Rubén y la Maria es garantizar que el sueño se haga realidad. En muchos momentos tuve ganas de desistir ante las travas que se iban imponendo. Negative experience: I give them 1 star because I can't give them less. I contacted them to see an apartment there. They gave me the contact of the salesperson, I wrote to him, he told me he would call me, a week passes and I write to him again and HE IGNORES ME. Fantastic experience: We managed the purchase of our home with GFA and we have to thank the treatment and professionalism of the saleswoman Maria Chico, because she has advised us and guided us in the purchase of our home. They also advertised that they gave €200 for the purchase of the property and since October we have been waiting after having called countless times to claim it and having also done it via email, and still nothing at all and we are in mid-May. The management and processing of the paperwork is quite cumbersome. I would not handle it with them again.

Fantastic experience: The experience with GFA in purchasing a home from a bank has been excellent. The involvement of José FRANCISCO NAVARRO and RUBÉN EDTEBAN has been essential for the operation to be completed. After more than a year since the visit to the house, we thought it wouldn't happen, and finally, thanks to their professionalism, everything is perfect. The price was maintained despite the market increase. I have no hesitation in recommending GFA for home acquisition, as long as you are not in a hurry since bank property procedures can take months. Negative experience: Terrible experience, if you are looking for an apartment, don't waste your time doing any paperwork with this real estate agency. After sending documents like ID and personal information to the agent Fernando, they do not respond or provide updates on the process for months, I even started to think it was a scam. They are not a serious real estate agency.

Negative experience: The service for renting a basement was excellent from Caludio and Leticia, but then when I had to complain about issues with the basement that were unrelated to us, they did not provide the required service. I don't know what to do anymore to get them to provide solutions.

Negative experience: The worst real estate company in the world along with Haya. Scammers, rude, arrogant, incompetent, cocky….. there are no more disqualifications possible. A disgrace for the sector. A corresponding complaint for malpractice will come your way.

Fantastic experience: We were attended by Carmen Aylaga to see some apartments that had caught our attention in an advertisement. She was very kind and approachable, and she did not limit herself to showing us what we had initially discussed, but instead showed interest in understanding our real purchasing needs and preferred areas. She quickly thought of an apartment, and off we went, even though it was already late in the day. And she hit the mark perfectly. So much so that I am now the owner of that property.

Negative experience: I regret my review but I have never experienced anything like this. Terrible service. An absolute disregard, after providing all my personal information to process an offer, they neither call me nor answer the phone... nothing at all. I do not recommend this company at all.

Negative experience: I went because I was interested in buying an apartment and in the end I gave up. Some of the staff are friendly, especially the girls, while others are unacceptable, but in general they have a mess that they can't sort out, they don't even know what apartments they have, how they are, or the prices.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give zero. We lost the apartment we wanted because the real estate agent TOLD US THE OFFER HAD PASSED and IT WAS NOT TRUE. Since they didn't have offers, they put it up for auction and we didn't win it. But if they had made the offer when they said they did, it wouldn't have gone to auction. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM is an understatement. If you don't want to work with bank-owned houses because they bring in little money, don't take them, because the 'service' provided is pathetic.

Negative experience: Total rip-off. Since May when we saw the house, there has been a complete lack of attention.

Negative experience: A whole experience...but a bad one, they changed the appraisal date three times, we went to the notary and could not sign the deed due to their poor work, not recommended at all.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY AT ALL COSTS... THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. They put an ad on Idealista for a property in Haya, I contact them right away because I have alerts on Idealista and they tell me they’ll schedule an appointment for Friday, it’s Monday first thing in the morning. I tell them I’m very interested in buying and ask if they can move up the visit, and they say they will look into it. I end up calling the sales agent (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) and he keeps stalling, a guy named Fernando. Friday comes and they don’t even show up for the visit; after several calls insisting, he tells me it has been sold and that's why all visits have been canceled, but I have to guess this by some sixth sense. Then they remove the ad and a few weeks later they publish it again; I tell them I want to buy it and he says they are looking at other offers because the previous one fell through. Basically, they have their contacts for selling it and don’t want to sell it to me; they should be clear about it so that nobody wastes time, which is the most valuable thing we have. I have bought some bank-owned apartments with other marketers, and I have never seen such a lack of transparency from a real estate agency. A DISAPPOINTMENT.

Negative experience: Hello, does anyone answer messages or calls? I've been trying to get in touch for a week. Thank you. I can't get a response, that's why I keep trying. Not only have you not called me back nor answered my messages, but how can I prove it? Additionally, you are trying to take me for a fool.

Negative experience: REAL ESTATE NOT RECOMMENDED. I was interested in a property and to visit it, without having said that I wanted to take it, they asked for a permanent employment contract, the last 3 pay slips, and a copy of the last tax return. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Negative experience: It's a shame that they never attend to your requests. I have been waiting for more than 6 months to get an appointment to see a property I wanted to buy. I have tried to contact through the website, via WhatsApp, and even called the office, but they haven't resolved anything for me. This is not about any mistake; I have WhatsApp conversations from June 20, June 21, June 22, June 30 with a Ms. Gloria Ortiz, and then from August 5, August 31, and October 13 with the same advisor. As I mentioned before, I have never received a response.

Negative experience: I am interested in acquiring a property owned by the bank, I speak with my bank and you are the ones in charge of scheduling the visit, which I waited for 1 week. On the day of the visit, you don’t have the key... I have to wait another week, followed by my interest in the property. I make a reservation contract directly with the bank, which removes the listing from Haya and other pages due to being in negotiation, and you repost it and continue showing the house now with another sales agent... On top of that, you request that I pay you a reservation contract of 3,000 euros, when the bank requires 2% of the sale price for the reservation. Update 07/25/2023: I purchased the property, on the day of the signing no one from the GFA real estate agency, who are the holders of the key to the bank's apartment, showed up. The keys were sent by the real estate agency by mail, which arrived after the signing. I know that you don’t earn large commissions from these types of sales, my question is why you decide to take on the role of intermediaries if in the end, you don’t want to sell these properties. I do not understand this way of working.

Negative experience: What a scam, we bid on a property in Valencia (Nazaret) and made a very good offer above the normal to ensure that the apartment would be ours. Since we had no response, we called and were told that no one won the auction, and that I was advised to make a minimum offer below the price... it's clear that it's promised to someone under the table... it's truly shocking how they play with people's hopes. It's so obvious that money moves the world. No comments. Not recommendable 0...

Negative experience: Terrible, they put a property for sale and then take a long time to give a visit, and later if you are interested and accept the price (without trying to negotiate) they make you fill out a form and several weeks later they respond. Incredible.... Update 08/19/2023... my offer was higher than the asking price. I think the whole process is terrible, from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Maria was amazing with us throughout the entire process of purchasing our home. She showed it to us several times, answered our questions, and was always very attentive. Excellent service.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND CONTACTING THIS COMPANY AT ALL. 100% LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I contacted this company through idealista on August 12 for an advertisement about some VPO apartments in Montroi. 6 days later, I had to call the office since they had not contacted me. They assigned me an agent named Francisco S. This person called me at 11 in the morning, gave me some vague information about the properties (he only told me that I had to have less than €33,000 annual income since it is VPO) and said that at 2:00 PM, when I reached the office, he would call me back to tell me if there were any available apartments. I waited until 2:00 PM, but it wasn't until 6:00 PM that evening when I managed to get him to contact me, as I had to send him a WhatsApp to ask why he still hadn't called me and his only response was that he hadn't reached the office. I tried to get him to inform me if there were any available apartments for 3 days. I called the office and they told me that this person was enjoying a few days off and that he would return the next day. I sent him a WhatsApp on August 22 (the day after my call to the office) and finally, he confirmed that there were available apartments. But here the odyssey and the endless dismissals from this person do not end. He told me that he had to speak with someone from the bank who has the keys and would tell me a day to meet and be able to visit the apartment. On August 23, the bank representative did not answer his phone. On August 24, the bank representative still did not answer his phone, but he told me that on August 28, this person who was on vacation would return to work, and that he would call me that same day or at the latest on the 29th to schedule an appointment. Now we go to August 30 and supposedly the bank representative still does not answer his phone to schedule an appointment. On August 31, I sent a WhatsApp, he read it, and there was no response. On September 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, I kept sending WhatsApp messages. Now there is not just no response, but I don’t even know where this person is since he doesn’t even connect to WhatsApp. On September 13, he connects to WhatsApp at 11:00 AM and doesn’t even read my message; he coldly ignores me. I was waiting for this company to replace the agent because, during this waiting period, I called several times to complain and to ask for some solution. But seeing that when they don't earn a commission from selling an apartment they completely disregard a potential customer, I decided to come here to expose my situation to see if at least someone is dignified enough to respond to me. This was going to be the first home I would have liked to acquire, but I have already lost hope that, one month after the first contact, there are any available apartments in Montroi. I have all the screenshots of the conversation, in case anyone from this company or from the bank that gets paid to sell those apartments wants or feels like corroborating that everything I am saying is true.

Negative experience: To sum up, the situation has been completely surreal. We agreed to go one day, the salesman called me saying he couldn't and we scheduled another. When we arrived, he wasn't there and didn't show up; he apologized because he hadn't noted our appointment, so we agreed to meet with him a third time. When he finally attends to us, he doesn't seem to know what he is selling. Maybe it's an issue with the promoter that the information provided is vague, but if he assures you over the phone, without you prompting him, that there are available homes that the promoter then prevents him from selling, and he confirms he will check but doesn’t provide an answer to your inquiry, and then weeks later they call and send a confirmation email of payment for another home, supposedly by mistake... I don't know what to think. In my honest opinion, it's been a disaster from the very beginning. If all the salespeople and the management here are as disastrous as my experience with Mr. J. N. Sr... it's worth looking into because the quality of service shows little professionalism and minimal attention to detail. The rigor and good conduct in my experience with them has been scarce, and because of that, they do not instill confidence in me today as an agency.

Negative experience: Hace varios años compré un piso a través de ellos, al poco de entrar a vivir compruebo que la puerta del trastero no cierra, a través del administrador de la finca les pregunto si van a arreglarlo y su respuesta fue que lo había comprado así, que me apañara,espero no tener que volver a tratar con esta clase de profesionales.

Negative experience: Nico me dijo de ponerle una buena reseña estando pendiente de que me aprobaran una oferta de un inmueble...al día siguiente de ponerle la buena reseña me llama diciendo que me la deniegan y me entero dq se la aceptan a otra persona que aportado menos dinero....es todo muy engañoso y turbio....aquí lo que cuenta es el enchufismo que tenga uno con real estate...

Negative experience: El teléfono de esta empresa es un contestador y nunca te atienden, y para cuando alguien te responde resulta que dicen que se pondrán en contacto contigo, te mandan un mail, sigues sin poder ponerte en contacto con ellos. La atención personal desde luego no es su estilo, no me quiero imaginar cómo puede ser comprar un piso con ellos, debe ser terrible

Negative experience: Mi experiencia ha sido LAMENTABLE os cuento mi experiencia para que no piséis esta inmobiliaria y os ahorréis las molestias: Llamo me contesta una chica de muy malas formas pidiéndome el DNI de mi pareja para visitar un piso que tienen a la venta del cual estábamos muy interesados, cuando por fin tengo la cita me la confirman el martes para verlo el viernes, llega el viernes y me llama una tal María ,una impresentable con todas las letras, no he conocido persona más desagradable con peores formas de hablar que ella, llegó a gritarme diciéndome que el piso no me lo iba a enseñar porque según ella tenía que llamar a mi financiera para saber si me daban la hipoteca cuando ya le había dicho que este trámite ya lo tengo hecho y sé que puedo comprar, muy pocas ganas de trabajar y más si es viernes ya que el martes no me dijeron nada de esto, una pérdida de tiempo dejando de ver otros pisos por ver este y que haya gente tan tan tan poco profesional como esta. UN DESASTRE

Negative experience: Es la peor inmobiliaria que he conocido. Me enseñan fotos de un piso que no existe y me cancelan una visita un domingo, que desastre de verdad. No denunció porque es perder el tiempo. Os merecéis el cierre. Son estafadores

Negative experience: Estaba interesada en unos adosados, me pasan el contacto de Gloria Ortiz, le llamé por teléfono varias veces no respondia, le mandaba wasshaps y me decía que me llamaría a lo largo del día eso desde el 25 de mayo y hoy le mando un mensaje agradeciéndole la información " ironia" y me responde que disculpe que no están disponibles ni ahora ni desde mayo... y me lo dices ahora??? Vaya falta de profesionalidad
