Fantastic experience: This is a review of how i sold my property. Using the Swiss Real Estat Agency. During March 2021 i had decided to sell my house in Albir. Spain. At that time i used eight different agents. Thinking this was the best way to achieve the best results. Boy was i mistaken. Keeping contact with all the different agents and arranging viewings- Became a major headache. I put my house up for sale at 250,000 euros. Over a six-month period i had many visits. But only one definite offer. Which did not reach my minimum requirement. I took the house off the market in November. Deciding to try again in the summer of 2022. During the six months the house was on the market the agency that had the most viewings was the Swiss Real Estate Agency. In June 2022 i put my house back on the market. This time using only one agency that of TOMAS GARCIA. The owner and director of the SWISS REAL ESTATE AGENCY. A man of many talents. Who guided me through the dos and don'ts of selling. We were averaging about two or three viewing a week. Over a three-month period. An offer was finally made by a lovely lady from Holland. Now the real work began involving Lawyers, banks, electricians plumbers and of course the tax people. Tomas handled it all. With aplomb and a happy nature. So much so we became friends. The day he visited me when i was suffering from back pain. Offering help and doing my shopping was the act of a true gentleman. From the final offer to the actual visit to the notar. To sign over the house to its new owner. He kept me relaxed and steady. Also making sure i did all the correct payments to the banks water. electricity and SUMA.
