Negative experience: I do not recommend this real estate agency. Our experience with Gramepiso has been very disappointing. What should have been a quick purchase dragged on for over six months due to lack of information, deceit, and concealment of important details. The property was presented as 'ready to move in', but we found numerous problems: the boiler and air conditioning were not working (the boiler was on its last legs), the windows and blinds were in poor condition, and during the renovations, we discovered shoddy work throughout the house, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The few appliances that remained stopped working shortly after (we expected some issues, but not this many) based on how they marketed it to us. The facade started to chip shortly after we moved in, and after a professional inspection, it was confirmed that the methods used were incorrect, leading to premature deterioration and requiring expensive repairs. The house was delivered uncleaned, which is unacceptable for a real estate agency that charges high commissions. Additionally, they did not fulfill their promise to manage the utility changes. After signing, Gramepiso almost completely disengaged. We do not recommend their services.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. We went to look at an apartment for my sister and the receptionist was very rude, with a quite inappropriate tone for working in public-facing roles. The responses to our questions were quite uncomfortable, as if she was treating us like we were silly. Besides delaying our appointment at the last minute and making us wait for 2 hours, they then said that the agent was waiting for us at the apartment, but the agent wasn't even there. We called her and she didn't even know she had an appointment at that apartment (it was obvious they had lied to us due to their poor management). I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone; I found them unprofessional compared to other agencies we have visited. More than just their bad management, which is also a factor, we felt poorly attended. I work in a public-facing role and can understand many things and situations. In the end, we are people, not robots, but precisely for that same reason, I know that professionalism is necessary, especially when clients are not even causing problems or being rude; it is completely unnecessary to be so unpleasant.

Negative experience: We went to see an apartment in Santa Coloma de Gramanet that was quite good, indicating during the visit that I was interested. When they told me that I needed to declare my interest at the moment of the visit to reserve it, they still gave it to someone else without considering my interest. Later, they asked me to remove the review when I called them, saying they were looking for an apartment for me, and I have been without news from them for almost 2 months. I don't count on them; they only mentioned that they had me in mind, but it feels like nothing, and there has been no follow-up with the client. I am already distancing myself from this real estate agency.
