Negative experience: Me tasaron mi piso cómo nuevo a estrenar por sólo 150000,unos 50000 euros por debajo,comparando precios con pisos viejunos ,de 60 años,a reformar,sin parking,ni ascensor,etc--- Miraron más por el interés del inversor que por el mio.No los recomiendo!

Negative experience: My experience as a buyer has not been good. At first, there were all conveniences and promises from Juan León until we signed the purchase agreement. The next day, I found out there is a pending payment about to be approved, which appeared in the certificate given by the property manager, and he had hidden it from me. At first, he told me not to worry, that he would help me until he stopped answering my calls because he had already collected his part. This real estate agency is only concerned with collecting their money; I certainly will not say a single good word about them.

Negative experience: If I could go back, I certainly wouldn't choose this real estate agency. They didn't know how to manage the situation, as many things were done without knowledge on all sides. That's where the mistakes come in. Coincidentally, Nuria suggested we share a flat with the new owner, that is, a stranger. The situation was too big for them and they didn't know how to handle it, only with absurd ideas and their persistent calls. When a purchase agreement is signed, it must be read and fulfilled, both in terms of dates and financially. In my opinion, there were many 'plots' behind the scenes, we completely lost our trust. And personally, they only seemed interested in their economic gain, to satisfy the buyer. Finally, the process is over, but I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Best regards.

Fantastic experience: Antes de acudir a ellos visite otras dos inmobiliarias con la idea de ver el trato y el funcionamiento, en las dos primeras me lleve dos chascos, pero con ellos fue todo genial desde el primer contacto. Me han vendido el piso en aproximadamente dos semanas, pensé que la cosa iría para largo a la hora de encontrar comprador y ha sido todo lo contrarío. Dijo llamarse Imma Gispert. Serà por su agrado,profesionalidad o no sé qué, que al día siguiente estaba comprando un piso en Montmeló que ella me había recomendado.
