The process is as follows: first, they ask you to send your previous pay slips and the employment contract to see if you are eligible for insurance. Once that's done, if you are considered suitable, you should be allowed to schedule visits. I say 'should' because, unfortunately, once I submitted my documents, no one has contacted me. It's a shame, because the people looking for a rental apartment need to live somewhere; it's important for us. The excuse of high demand is not enough to ignore people; if you have a service, you need to offer it.

I already sent an email, I've done everything possible to arrange a visit to one of their houses, but they neither return calls nor respond to emails or anything at all. Remove the listing, don't waste people's time who, unfortunately, have to live like this... If you don't want to rent, take down the ad! (After this review, the woman randomly calls me to say that she doesn't like my review in a very rude way, saying that she doesn't plan to rent to us, etc. So that's when you call? I mean, you have time for nothing, but according to the woman, there are 200 requests, and she suddenly sees mine after the review and calls me rudely? So you have time for that, right? Nothing more to add!!

Negative experience: They tell us that they give us 48 hours and within 24 hours they reserve it for someone else without notifying, knowing that we were managing a work transfer from Girona to Parets. The words, when I called the sales representative Susana, are: 'this conversation is making me lazy' and then she hung up. I am still waiting for explanations to my messages and for her to have the courage to call and say that they did things wrong. They only care about the money solely and exclusively. EXTENSIVE REVIEW POST COMMENT: Point 1, the transfer was not an excuse, it was the REASON, and it was stated at all times that we were interested and we were simply waiting for confirmation of the transfer, which was to occur in the 48 hours that we were promised to await a response from our part. Point 2, no property is perfect, I'm sorry but if we see something that is wrong, the logical thing is to mention it, the problem? It seems that it is not very well received to hear negative things about your properties. Despite this drawback, we were going to rent it. Point 3, you call saying that we fit the profile and then after doing things wrong and asking for explanations, the childish response is: 'well, you weren't really the profile hahaha,' so how does it go? Do you offer apartments to people who fit the profile or not? And to finish, at all times it was requested that if someone wanted to reserve, please let us know, because we were managing, I repeat, a transfer from Girona to here. It doesn't cost anything to occasionally acknowledge that you have done things AWFULLY. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

Negative experience: Bad experience. On the day of the contract signing, they backed out after I mentioned some abusive clauses. And that things were missing, such as the management index or the price of the previous rent in the contract. Additionally, they demanded a cash payment for contract management fees without providing any receipt or proof of payment. Furthermore, having to provide all the information to formalize the management, only to be left hanging on the same day.

Negative experience: The worst company in the sector, only looking out for the interests of the selling party, which unfortunately was a flat from one of their employees, asking for 130,000 euros without going through a notary... in short, a torment. All this while Ms. Jessica simply told us to go for a walk, and the gentleman who came to the signing... well, what can I say... the luck was that the notary is someone we know, otherwise... in short, if they have to sell anything through my word of mouth... they can start closing down.

Negative experience: Very deficient. I bought a house through the intermediary Qvivienda. I paid the deposit in January, they asked me for a thousand documents for money laundering, fein, etc...... I filled out a thousand forms. I assumed that the house had to be refurbished. That's why the price was so low. At the same time, I asked them to present the certificate of habitability and energy certificate for the signing. On the day of the sale of the house, they presented an application for the processing of the certificate without registration. Mainly because that property never had it and still doesn’t to this day. The worst part is that the notary didn’t even see it. The purchase was in April and as of 24/09/2022 I still don’t have it. I now have lawyers involved to sue the representative Jesús and Haya for the damages they are causing me. Qvivienda has abandoned the matter; when I write to ask how it’s going, they don’t respond. IN SHORT, A SHAME THE SERVICE NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I AM EXTENDING THE REVIEW AS I SEE YOUR RESPONSE JESÚS AIXX!!!! Don’t deceive yourself that your technician got the certificate. IT WAS ME!!! Without you guys, I wouldn’t have it to this day. HOW AM I GOING TO MAKE AN APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE WITHOUT REGISTERING IT WHEN YOU AS A SELLER ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT IT? YOU FALSIFIED IT AND HID IT JUST TO GET YOUR COMMISSION, ALTHOUGH IT NEVER HAD IT. EVEN MORE, THE PROPERTY DID NOT HAVE A FINAL WORK CERTIFICATE.. NONE OF THIS INFORMATION WAS COMMUNICATED. UNTIL YOU WERE CALLED BY THE HABITABILITY CERTIFICATES SERVICE FROM THE HOUSING DEPARTMENT AND IRREGULARITIES THAT COULD DECLARE THE PURCHASE NULL WERE REPORTED.
