Fantastic experience: Agradecer a esta Inmobiliaria la gran profesionalidad, entrega, paciencia y gran ayuda que tanto Jacinta como Mª José, han sabido brindarme para lograr comprar el piso que deseaba. Su asesoramiento a mis dudas y la facilidad con la que me ayudaron con toda la tramitación que necesitaba, fue un gran acierto.(Yo estaba perdida en esos temas). Su empatía, logró que mis temores desaparecieran. La satisfacción de haber encontrado a las personas adecuadas que con su experiencia, hayan conseguido comprar ese piso que estaba buscando, eso....logra que admire su entrega a su trabajo y sobretodo porque tienen en cuenta al cliente. Negative experience: Alquilé un piso con mis amigas, y nos lo dieron SUCIO. La limpiadora estuvo limpiando con agua porque las de la inmobiliaria no le habían pagado más. Al curso siguiente (después de todo el verano), nos quitaron la fianza porque sacaron m1erda hasta de donde no había. Y el piso nos lo dieron mil veces más sucio. Un asco. Van de buenas y luego te la clavan.

Fantastic experience: We discovered this real estate agency by chance and it has been the best thing that has happened to us. It is not the typical agency that is only interested in making money from its clients without caring for their well-being. This is a family-run agency; both Jacinta and María José convey a lot of trust and make you feel at home, it's always a pleasure to deal with them. We have already bought 2 apartments with them and the experience has been unbeatable, always advising us, giving us good advice and looking for the best for us. Negative experience: Very bad experience with them, they try to convince you that everything is perfect and then you encounter problems with costs that they should have mentioned beforehand.

Negative experience: They sell apartments and do not inform you that the building has structural damage, even though they know it. Then you arrive and face an enormous special assessment when you don't even have the apartment ready to move into. From a real estate agency, the least you expect is honesty and transparency regarding these matters, but it seems they fall short in that regard.

Negative experience: I had a really frustrating experience with this real estate agency. From the beginning, communication was poor; responses were slow, and at times, they didn't even reply to my emails or calls. They didn't seem to be well-informed about the properties they offered, leaving me with a total sense of distrust. I would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone. There are many more professional and efficient options.

Negative experience: I am a young guy, 25 years old. I recently bought my first home with them. When I was shown the apartment, it didn't seem like there was any problem, but after a rain, leaks appeared in both bathrooms. When I contacted the community, they told me that a special assessment had been discussed to fix the roof. When the agency showed us the apartment, they said it had been rented for 3 years to some students, and that at the end of the previous term, they had to leave because the owner wanted to sell, which makes me think they were aware of the situation, as the ceilings in the bathrooms had leaks that the landlord fixed before putting the apartment up for sale. When I talked to them about the situation, they told me that the apartment had been uninhabited for a long time, contradicting each other. Whether the apartment was rented or not, I felt that information had been hidden from me or false information had been provided.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Jacinta and MariaJose for accompanying me during these years in renting my home. They have always been so helpful and present when I needed them. Fantastic experience: I have always managed my rentals with Jacinta and it has gone very well for me. Likewise, when I bought my house. Recommended 100 percent without any doubt. She gets the best price for both the owner and the buyer or rental user. I will repeat, it is a safe bet.

Negative experience: I give it one star just to say something. Jacinta, the owner of the real estate agency, didn’t hesitate to try to sell us a rental apartment from 'her friend', claiming that she supposedly wasn’t going to declare it but still wanted to charge us the agency fees, justifying it by saying it's the law (which is false) when she was initially doing something of questionable legality. As soon as we told her we wouldn’t pay the fees, she said that if we were going to have issues, she wouldn’t rent it to us and that someone else would do it. It’s shameful. She acts like a humble and good person but she is just another salesperson who only cares about making a profit and taking advantage of people desperate for a roof over their heads.

Negative experience: I am the partner of the previous comment (Yanira). The alleged owner of the real estate agency has sent me threatening audio messages saying 'I know where you work' and expressing her displeasure with that review. I do not recommend buying or renting anything from this place or at least from that lady, who I hope will improve her attitude with her future clients in the years she has left.

Negative experience: I walked through the door and accidentally hit the handle with my arm, causing the door to open. The person in charge came to the door with a rude attitude, shouting 'what are you doing, clown!' After I stopped and said it was an accident, the lady kept shouting... Anyway. Nothing more to comment.

Negative experience: Little professionalism, I mean a lot of them. I wrote to them about the possibility of showing me a property... they replied to me 2 weeks later, excusing themselves for why they hadn’t responded because they were on vacation and so on... I wait another week and I hear nothing from them. In the end, I write them this: 'There is no need for you to contact me, given your seriousness and professionalism, the rest is unnecessary. I just want to comment that I've been waiting days for your response, but evidently... I do not wish to deal with such informal and unprofessional people. Best regards.'

Fantastic experience: Everything was very good, I bought a log from Brazil and it had a worm inside, but other than that, Jacinta and MaJose are amazing.

Negative experience: Muy poca profesionalidad. Me ha dejado plantada dos veces para ver un piso en Ronda del Carmen. La primera vez llegué a presentarme en la inmobiliaria a la hora pactada y una vez allí me dice que no puedo ver el piso porque se le ha olvidado avisar al inquilino. La segunda vez, me preocupo de confirmar dos días antes y otra vez me dice que no puede ser. Si no me preocupo yo de confirmar, otra vez no me avisa. Además yo voy de fuera de Cáceres y hacer el viaje para encontrarme con el plantón es muy muy frustrante. Por si fuera poco, cuando le digo que podía haberme avisado, me contesta de forma prepotente y muy maleducada. Me pregunto qué pensaría el propietario si se enterara de que no está haciendo nada por vender su piso.
