Negative experience: They are among those who worsen the rental problem by offering long-term rentals like 11 months so that the tenant is the one who pays the agency fees. Many agencies will close due to the housing issue and the bad practices of some...

Negative experience: Bad experience with them,,, very bad,,, M&M from the town of Gavà..... I have been waiting almost a month to see a study,, they tell me that I can't see it until November 2nd because the tenant is there,, I have kept calling to inquire about it,, and they kept saying it would be in November,, today I see that they have removed the ad, and when I called to find out, they tell me that they have already reserved it.... what a pain and how unprofessional they are.... they have done this to me twice!!!! What a shame of people and how ugly they make business!!!! I publish it again since I realized today that they hadn't published it for me!!!! Now that I can and they give me the opportunity again, here goes the review....

Negative experience: Why publish an ad for an apartment for rent if then they refuse to show it with the excuse that it is being renovated. Thank you for your unpleasant attention over the phone.

Fantastic experience: Trabajamos con las chicas de M&M desde hace años en inmuebles de Castelldefels, y siempre han sido comunicativas, profesionales y hasta ahora siempre con buen caracter y predisposición. Antes teniamos las propiedades en varias agencias y al final las hemos dejado solo con ellas.

Fantastic experience: Impresionante buen servicio. Pusimos dos casas como alquiler de temporada, hace mas de dos años, a los tres días estaban alquiladas y a día de hoy, no han estado ni un día vacías. Felicitaciones María y a tu equipo, como Raquel y el resto.

Fantastic experience: Estuve de vacaciones y necesitaba un apartamento para la temporada durante cuatro meses,. El trato exquisito y encantador. María atenta a todas mis necesidades. Sin lugar a dudas si vuelvo, volveré a contactar con ella.

Negative experience: ¡A evitar! A lo largo de mi estancia he tenido varios problemas en el piso: Fugas de gas de la caldera ( nada había estado controlado antes de que entrara a vivir), múltiples problemas de calentador (con semanas de agua fría en invierno, M&M me proponía como solución calentar agua en ollas el tiempo que enviaban a un técnico o averiguaban si el calentador estaba en garantía), manchas de humedad, 0 entretenimiento de la finca (insalubridad en zonas comunes), no respeto de plazos legales para devolución de fianza, gastos inventados a pagar por el inquilino jamás detallados en contratos y cobrados; conjunto de mentiras múltiples antes de entrar, durante la estancia y tras la salida del piso. Estas son solo algunas de las experiencias vividas con una agencia que jamás ha tomado su responsabilidad. Pésima experiencia con ellos, a evitar sus servicios si posible.

Negative experience: Quedamos para ver un piso a las 19:30 para poder verlo con mis hijas. Después de 35 min esperando en la puerta y tras varias llamadas tanto a la oficina como al mòbil de Raquel no acude nadie ni nos cogen el teléfono ni nos dan una contestación. Lamentable que en pleno diciembre tenga que haber perdido el tiempo esperando en la puerta de la calle con una niña de un mes de edad y otra de 7. Ya no hace falta que me volváis a llamar Gracias por nada
