Negative experience: they all act like scammers ! to be honest this is the worst experience ever. I met many agencies during the life but this one is the disgusting one. I still cant believe we get into situation with them. After we organized a viewing of apartment and agreed to rent it and move in after 3 weeks (the previous tenants had to leave it soon). On the move in day we found out that the part of the furniture was replaced, partly took off the apartment!!! they scammed us !!! We had no place to go with a 5 yo kid and uniko knew about it. They knew. They didnt even tell us. They received money for their services (15% is a lot) but here is the problem -THERE WAS NO SERVICES! We still cannot sign the annex because the employees are not answering, employee Irina Parkhomenko talks rude to me, blocking my phone number, Emilia doesnt answer, Israel ignores. Joshua also ignores me all the time. So the conclusion - they are nice to you and talk to you till the moment you pay, they take money but they dont care about you as a client, they dont need anything. They ignore you. AVOID! If you want to save your money and your time and your mental health!

Negative experience: Quite possibly the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, trying to organise a visit with them, I saw my emails ignored, most of my calls not returned, and when they did reply and I did manage to arrange a visit, it was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation and all my messages have been ignored from that point. A visit to their office did not arrange the situation (though they were in apparence very polite and apologetic). Avoid.

Negative experience: i was about to sign a contrat with them, they were hiding crucial information about the flat, wanted me to give up on my rights as a buyer in the contrat of arras, accepted no compromise, then suddenly said if i still want the flat i have to pay more. I proposed a higher price and they never got back to me then. Very disappointing and communication of 0 transparency. To avoid.
