Fantastic experience: I want to highlight the work of a girl named Dani; her attitude while she helped us search for our house couldn’t have been better. Throughout the process, she was always attentive and listening to our requests. You could tell she was eager; it’s a pleasure to work with someone like that.

Negative experience: Some incompetent people. We brought all the papers so that they could do the study of an apartment that was handing over the keys that same day to not lose money for the owner, and they tell us to be attentive to when they publish it and that when it is published we should go. I suppose they do this because there must be some economic trap that will affect the next tenant and the owner. Honestly, with all the negative reviews, I don't know how owners still trust this company that bleeds the tenant to be able to access the home. When you need advice or want to talk to the area manager, they disappear as if the earth swallowed them. Anyway, I don't know if when they publish it we will be lucky enough to access the apartment, but honestly, it is a disastrous company in every sense, and no one can take that away from them.

Negative experience: Terrible. They ask you for an additional month beyond what the law states, disguising it as a service for urgent repairs like a faucet... and you believe it. And when you need it, the only thing they do is send messages to the owner to fix it himself. They don't remember the service they sold you because it doesn't actually exist. They know it's illegal to charge that month and disguise it this way. Don't let yourselves be fooled by these gentlemen, if you can call them that.

Negative experience: Referring to all Secure Rental agencies, I do not recommend using this type of 'real estate'. My experience as a tenant was disastrous. They list low rental prices to hook you but then take it back from another side. Everything that the landlord has to pay (rental commission hidden under another name, home insurance...) YOU HAVE TO PAY. Do not be surprised if they do not return your deposit without reason => check the number of complaints they have with OCU. 0% recommended.

Negative experience: A disaster of a company, poor communication, lack of professionalism. Nothing good to say, but they have rigorously charged every month.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Valdemoro office was very good. I received the information I was looking for, they advised me very well, and they clarified my doubts at all times with the best disposition.

Negative experience: They only care about collecting payments. My tenant doesn't change the utilities because she doesn't want to, and they don't get involved. I pay for comprehensive management for nothing because they don't solve my problems. If you are thinking of renting, don't do it with them.

Negative experience: Terrible company, and terrible are their workers. I have to say that I am unfortunately a customer of theirs, but I hope to stop being one soon. They are incompetent, nobody knows anything, and they are very poorly informed about everything. They transfer you to a thousand departments to try to solve something that nobody knows. As soon as a person is a bit smart and questions what they say, they cannot defend themselves, they have no arguments and do not provide solutions. As a customer, they tell you that they offer facilities, but it’s a lie; they are thieves because they charge you money for managing something they do not do well. I do not recommend them to anyone, and I am going to file a complaint with consumer protection for the abuse they have towards the customer and the poor management of everything. Three hours talking trying to solve something and they didn’t solve anything for me. I can only say that the only person who was really informed and helped me is Daniel, one of their sales representatives, who seems to be somewhat competent. The rest is a pity that they say they work when they don’t.

Fantastic experience: In Valdemoro, English speaking agent is there and she brief nicely. Good service.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, they have a very unpleasant salesperson, with no manners or respect. They should take a customer service course.

Negative experience: Beware of this company. They scam deposits and do not return them. They scammed my deposit. Any money you give them does not come back.

Negative experience: They are there to help the landlords, not the tenants. I do not recommend it at all. We paid a monthly fee + VAT for nothing. A very high and unnecessary expense.

Negative experience: They are true scoundrels, once you rent the property from them, they stop caring. They even asked me to take the owner's mail to their office; they completely disassociate themselves from absolutely everything, it's shameful.

Negative experience: I am an owner, and I advise you not to be fooled by this company. The sales effort at the beginning is extraordinary, but afterwards: - Problems with the correct collection of rent, taking money for concepts that you do not know. - When you call or send an email to claim something, either they do not respond, or they take a long time to do so. - There is no clear communication when transmitting incidents from tenants. - I have asked half the company that, due to work, I cannot attend to them in the morning... They always call in the morning. - Excessive quotes from their subcontracted companies (e.g.: €317 rent insurance quote VS. €66 quote from the company sent by my home insurance). I had the brilliant idea of hiring the 'integral management', a grave mistake. I do not recommend it in any way, as the communication with the tenant is better than with them. Also, in my case, not all supplies were changed to a new name. I feel more than scammed by this company.

Mirar bien que todo lo que dejéis en vuestra casa tenga fotos para que luego no puedan decir que estaba y tengáis problema como yo.. por qué todo lo que pase de señal lo palmais vosotros es mi caso..ellos no hacen nada en esa situación.
