Fantastic experience: We saw the promotional sign at just the right moment when we were looking for a house, undoubtedly a sign! We approached to ask and the treatment we received was unbeatable. They listened to our needs and helped/advised us to decide on the housing based on their experience and taking our circumstances into account. They couldn’t have been more right! At no point did we have the commercial feeling of 'selling for the sake of selling'. Fantastic experience: I will recount my personal experience. In February 2021, during my search for an apartment, I saw an ad on Idealista announcing a new development of VPPL homes under a cooperative regime in Valdemoro. I approached asking about one of the most affordable apartments and ultimately opted for one with better orientation, a terrace, and larger size; I didn't look at any more apartments. I know about the hesitations of buying off-plan, but my experience with ICM has been very good. Unmatched management, good communication, problem-solving, willing to help... they provide you with absolutely all the information and act in a very diligent and close manner. Today, I am already in my apartment, with the deadlines almost scrupulously met and with a great feeling of gratitude. I want to thank the entire ICM team, but especially Noelia Suescun, who has put her heart and soul into the whole process. Professional, hard-working, and solution-oriented.

Negative experience: Unos completos estafadores. Me pusieron la miel en los labios con una promotora en régimen de Cooperativa. Una vez que me hicieron firmar el contrato de adjudicación soltando más del 10% del valor inicial de la vivienda que me dijeron. A los dos días tuvimos la primera asamblea y resultó que habían subido de precio más de un 9% NMe tuve que dar de baja en la cooperativa por no poder hacer frente a tales subidas, y me dieron largas hasta más de seis meses para devolverme el dinero. No les recomiendo para nada
