Negative experience: I called to inquire about an apartment advertised on Idealista. They answered the phone very kindly and informed me that I had to pay, in addition to the current month's rent and the deposit, another month as a fee for the real estate agency. I informed them that the urban leasing law has changed and that now it is the owners who have to cover the expenses of the real estate agency. The girl replied that they already knew but that in Utrera 'they operate this way.' After that, the call 'got cut off,' and they did not answer the phone again.

I just went to inquire again, attended by ESTEFANIA, about a property we were interested in, and I was surprised that despite the law change stating that management costs should be borne by the landlord, when you mention it, all she does is shrug her shoulders. 'ART 20 Urban Leasing Law of 2023. 1. The parties may agree that the general costs for the proper maintenance of the property, its services, taxes, burdens, and responsibilities that cannot be individualized and that correspond to the rented property or its accessories, shall be borne by the tenant. In buildings under horizontal property regime, such expenses will correspond to the rented property based on its participation quota. In buildings not under horizontal property regime, such expenses will be those assigned to the rented property based on its area. For its validity, this agreement must be in writing and determine the annual amount of these expenses as of the contract date. The agreement regarding taxes will not affect the Administration. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COSTS AND THE COSTS OF CONTRACT FORMALIZATION SHALL BE BORNE BY THE LANDLORD.' Negative experience: More than a week, calling every day, trying to get a salesperson to contact me to visit the houses they have listed, and it is impossible to reach them; they never answer the phone or return calls... They also don't respond to the messages sent to them. Total lack of interest and professionalism.

Negative experience: More than a week calling every day trying to get a sales representative to contact me to visit or get more information about one of the advertised homes. Half of the time, they don't answer the phone. The other half, there is never a sales representative available and they leave a note to call back, or that's what they say, because otherwise they must have a long list of pending calls in the CRM. The truth is that it is quite disappointing. If they call me one day, I will update the review, in the meantime, for non-existent attention and lack of interest, only one thing can be valued.

Negative experience: pathetic real estate agency and terrible service. All the staff that assist you are pathetic and terrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY.

Negative experience: The apartment we visited was not in the same condition as in the photos, and they also want to charge you a non-payment insurance to protect the owner, when it should be the owner who covers that charge... In summary, little professionalism and a lot of nonsense.

Negative experience: A real estate agency that (according to my experience) does not work well. They rented us a house in Utrera as mediators for an external developer from Madrid, putting us in there even without electricity and water, knowing that it wouldn't arrive for a while (acting as owners since they managed everything at first). They did not manage well at any moment, neither as mediators nor in following up on the maintenance company's work, since they were in charge of it at first (then they weren’t), and at the last minute after we left, the owner did not return our deposit, citing reasons such as: - That we did not leave the light sockets in place (when they gave them to us like that) and now, 3 years later, saying we should have taken photos. - That tiles were missing from the bathrooms when they gave it to us. They shirk their responsibilities in the handover of the property once you leave, and I understand that it shouldn't be that way, as they as mediators should know exactly what they are renting, how, and have an accurate file of the properties they rent on behalf of others. Overall, if you can, AVOID WORKING WITH THEM. You will spare yourself future headaches.

Negative experience: To give some star, but awful.... I've been trying to contact them since April about a house they have for rent, when I finally manage to speak with them, the first thing they say is that the person in charge of that comes in later and just hangs up, without taking any of my information or anything. Then when I call and ask about that property, they immediately ask for a guarantor despite having a paycheck and seniority that exceeds what any real estate agency requires. I'm coming from far away, not for leisure, but for a job transfer, only to be treated like this by people who don't even ask for details or documentation and don't bother to check emails. Terrible.

Negative experience: If you are in urgent need of a rental or purchase, they are not in a hurry. I was looking for an urgent rental apartment or house, and whenever they said they had one, it was a wait. When I wanted to schedule an appointment, there was a waiting list, or if you gave them your details, 'they would call you.' I was there for two weeks and they never called me. In the end, I found a rental elsewhere. Very disappointed with their services.

Negative experience: I am giving one star just to put something. The attention and management from Estefanía was terrible. We wanted to rent an apartment and she already started wanting to charge us the month for the real estate agency when that is no longer legal; she didn't even try to reach an agreement to split the payment with the owner. Since we are from Barcelona and had to find an apartment in a week, we made a reservation and were given a piece of paper without validity, just a receipt, without a stamp or tax information (we didn't sign a contract or anything that resembled it). We agreed because we thought it was the protocol, but later we were informed that this was not how it worked; then we felt distrustful and wanted to retrieve the reservation, but they denied it. We had to file a complaint and now we are waiting for a resolution.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, I urgently needed a house and they promised me the keys in less than a month and a half. But since they didn't know what they were selling and their paperwork was not in order, more than 3 months passed, and they kept giving me excuse after excuse while I was still without a home. They required cash for the reservation at the real estate agency because according to them, a transfer was not possible, the reservation contract was written with the bare minimum, a disaster, and the confidentiality of my data was ruined; there were people who knew the neighborhood where I was buying before I did, literally. I went to another real estate agency, and they found me a house in record time and with unbeatable conditions, without charging me a single euro more, and at every step, I was confident they would do the best for me, very unlike the aforementioned, whose main intention was always to secure the sale at all costs. It was a nightmare that I lived through during this time with them for not listening to my coworkers who warned me about their incompetence. Never again....

Negative experience: For me, zero treatment from Estefania. They tell me that the house I'm interested in has a waiting list, and she has made me feel almost like a criminal because the first thing she asks me to get on the waiting list for renting is the last three payslips of both me and my partner, and that already puts me on the waiting list. It’s their policy, fine, I understand it, and the data protection law.

Negative experience: For me, a null treatment, you call because you are interested in an apartment, they pick up and tell you that they will call you back, which is a lie. You have to call again and you say that you called for example yesterday and just by your voice it seems that they are bothered that you call so frequently. When they finally attend to you, you mention the ad or ads you saw, and they tell you to send the documentation. You send it, and they say they will notify you because they need to contact the property owner. Three weeks pass, you call back and they tell you that they are already rented. I see that they are really indifferent, it's clear. At least if they rent it, they could notify knowing that I am waiting... SO FOR ME, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

En nuestro caso llamamos para ver 5 casas, al día siguiente un dueño no era localizable, al día siguiente unas llaves se perdieron, otro ya lo habían enseñado... Así hasta que solo quedó el más caro... Todo esto sabiendo ella que nos teníamos que desplazar desde Madrid y nos lo comunicó el día antes teniendo hotel y todo concretado. NO OS FIEIS DE LO QUE OS DIGAN.
