Negative experience: If you are thinking of buying a property, DO NOT EVEN GO THROUGH THE DOOR. Our experience has been disastrous. Buying a home is a serious matter, it's not like buying a pair of shoes. You need to be able to revisit the property if you need to (which we couldn’t do until we had signed the earnest money agreement) and all the questions you raise must be resolved. We have suffered a lot with the timelines. It is known that banks have a time frame of about 3 months to study your case if you need a mortgage, build it, sign it, etc. We were only given 2 months, and the extension was a torture. If there was a holiday or if there was a delay or error in the documentation, we surely wouldn’t have been able to buy it. But the WORST was undoubtedly the entry to the property. When we arrived, it was totally DISMANTLED. THEY HAD NOT LEFT IT AS WE SAW IT. They had taken basic things and replaced others with cheap stuff. They said they took the lamps, BUT THEY DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THE SOCKETS, THEY UNPLUGGED THE LIGHTS THAT COST 2€. THEY RIPPED OUT THE CUSTOM AWNING FROM THE PATIO, THE WATER HEATER, THE COPPER PIPING, ALL THE SHOWERS AND SINK FAUCETS, THEY TOOK THE SINK AND LEFT AN OLD ONE THROWN ON THE FLOOR.... I mean, there was no way to move in as they said. No light or hot water with my small children. We urgently looked for solutions. We called the real estate advisor, Conso, and she did absolutely nothing. In total, she already has the money. Take my advice, go elsewhere. The experience of acquiring your home, which should fill you with excitement and be beautiful, will be a nightmare and end badly.
