Negative experience: After reaching out to this company, we lost money. Be careful.

Negative experience: For clearing the car, we were sent from the Autotorre car service to the office of the company Gloria Homes (real estate) to Roman, who for a month after handing over the money and documents, only feeds us promises to stall for time. Roman assured us that allegedly there were problems at the very first stage - with obtaining the DUA certificate from customs, which is done ONLINE in 1 day. We had to regularly call for a whole month to find out what was happening, and each time we received DIFFERENT excuses about problems with customs, that we are not from that region, that the car needs to be left in the customs parking lot (absurd), and other made-up problems. After waiting a month and listening to various excuses, the grace period for clearing the car came to an end, and we had to deal with this whole customs process ourselves. We ordered this DUA certificate, which Roman couldn't order, online and it was ready the next day! When you ask: What is paid, where are the receipts, what has been done, we want to get our money back. The answer: Nothing has been done, there are no receipts, and I won’t return the money!

Negative experience: After I got in touch with this company and the details were agreed upon, I sent a deposit and started waiting for them, but they did not respond to my request, they did not answer my calls, I lost my money.

Negative experience: Terrible! Not on time and EXPENSIVE, I do not recommend it!
