Negative experience: Our experience: a nightmare. We went to this real estate agency to see an apartment in Torrevieja. Everything was fine until we paid the deposit, at which point it was all excuses not to sign, only to end up saying that it couldn't be deeded because it didn't have a certificate of habitability, which is a lie since the apartment was sold to another person even though we had a signed contract beforehand. They didn't refund the deposit, and we had to file a complaint to recover it. To this day, with a favorable court ruling for us, we are still fighting for our money, as Mr. Joaquín is garnished for all he owes, as there are many affected parties and complaints against him. The affected individuals should unite to fight against those who have taken our money. Negative experience: SCAMMERS!! Even one of the brothers has been in jail for a while due to the scams!!! They rented my apartment and kept the money, telling me that it was the tenants who weren't paying. Oh, and I only found out they had rented my apartment because a neighbor told me, not because they informed me. READ THE REVIEWS!!

Negative experience: Please do not process anything with them. They repeatedly deceived my relatives in the sale of an inherited apartment. They rented it out without telling us anything and without the tenants knowing anything, and they faked the sale several times.

Negative experience: The worst of the worst. JOAQUÍN is the most unreliable person. I have been waiting for over 2 years for him to finish refunding me the deposit for an apartment there in Torrevieja.

Negative experience: They are thieves who try to steal and don't care about people. I had a bad experience, and after a year, I received a letter from the owner of the apartment saying that I had never paid the rent. That's how I discovered that Joaquín had not given any of my money to the owner. Fortunately, I had papers signed by him for each month I paid the rent. All of this happened after I came from Italy to live and start my business in Torrevieja, and when I arrived, my apartment, which I had paid for in advance, was not available because Joaquín said the owner had some friends. Later, I found out he had rented it to other people and left me in another apartment without heating, in El Palmeral in the middle of winter. A real estate agency where people work who are scammers and shameless. I don't know how they are still there. And all of this happened in 2016; they deserve to be in jail.

Negative experience: Absolutely buy nothing through this corrupt company. Just swindlers. They skin you of money. They have many frauds on their conscience.

Negative experience: Attention, I still have not received the original of the deed signed at the notary after 1 year. Where is the 1000€? Did you know that by stealing the money, they steal our HAPPINESS?! Our stays will no longer be the same. They will be tainted by this inappropriate behavior.

Negative experience: Characters of the lowest quality, they put the same types of characters in the rentals favoring occupancy.

Negative experience: They are scammers. I am 24 and got my first apartment with them. They didn't want to rent me the apartment because I work in hospitality, and with the COVID situation, they were scared of going back into quarantine and not getting paid. So I talked to them and paid six months in advance plus the deposit. When I moved into the apartment, it was super dirty. The air conditioning and the stove didn't work, and the bathroom was full of mold everywhere. They said Enrique would fix it in the first week. By the fifth month, a month before I had to pay the other six months, they started fixing things cheaply. But I told them I was leaving. When I left, they deducted 100 euros from the 350 deposit for cleaning, even though I left it spotless. They said it was protocol. They deducted 50 euros for taking some furniture I didn’t want in the house, which they had warned me about when they were going to return the deposit, not before picking up the furniture on the 5th day as agreed. They also told me they would deduct utilities for those five days. Today, years later, I am going to buy a house (somewhere else, clearly) and the bank tells me I’m on ASNEF, a debtors list, for an amount of 24 euros from the electricity and water bills of that apartment on San Pascual street, of which Enrique deducted 50 euros more from the deposit to pay them. They are scammers (please, if someone is in the same situation, contact me to prepare a joint lawsuit. Thank you). P.S. THEY ARE THIEVES!

Negative experience: We are a Belgian family. We bought an appartment via Solmar International. Joaquin made us sign a contrato de arras and pay 3000€. However, the final sale never happened. Lots of promises of Joaquin and Enrique. Finally, we went to court to get back our 3000, in court we found out that Joaquin acted "abusive" and did not have the right to sell at the price indicated in the contract and by consequence the seller refused to sell at that price. (Primera Instancia n4, Torrevieja, 10.02.2022 sentencia 26/2022). Our lawyer also found out that there are many cases against him currently. I also learned that he tries to get up his review score by lots of fake reviews.

Negative experience: No hacer ninguna operacion con inmobiliaria ya q estan pendientes de CASOS POR ESTAFAS.. hacen diferentes precios de una misma venta y se gastan la pasta y nunca llegas a firmar la hipoteca.

Comisiones abusivas y para colmo te intentan engañar cuando te dan parte de la fianza acordada, faltando dinero y haciéndose los despistados como que no se dieron cuenta y teniendo que volver al día siguiente para que cumpliesen el acuerdo económico acordado. No recomiendo para nada esta agencia, y sobre todo a Joaquín, un pésimo profesional.

Negative experience: MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTA GENTE…. Hace casi un año mis padres octogenarios decidieron acudir a esta inmobiliaria para vender una vivienda en Torrevieja, según ellos los compradores vivían en el extranjero. A mis padres les convencieron para vender su casa por un valor menor que el catastral a cambio de recibir la mitad en metálico, haciéndoles creer que no pagarían plusvalía y a la parte compradora pagar menos por el impuesto de transmisiones. Mis padres recibieron de la parte compradora la mitad por transferencia desde el extranjero acordando que el resto sería al día de la firma en 4 meses, permitiendo al comprador entrar en la vivienda antes de formalizar la escritura para dejar sus pertenencias. La sorpresa fue que se instalaron cambiando la cerradura. A partir de ahí mis padres nunca más pudieron entrar en su vivienda a recoger sus pertenencias y lo único que han hecho ha sido dar largas a mis padres con excusas diferentes por parte de los compradores, que si no podían venir del extranjero, que si tenía que ir a buscar a su madre a Ucrania, que si tenían covid, o no tenían aún el dinero suficiente, etc. y a la parte compradora diciendo que mis padres no podían ir a firmar porque eran muy mayores y estaban enfermos de covid y no podían viajar. Han sido 6 veces las que supuestamente nos citaba para formalizar escrituras poniendo este tipo de excusas para luego cancelarlas. Al final decidimos intervenir los hijos y presentarnos allí para ver qué es lo que estaba ocurriendo, porque esto nos olía muy mal desde un principio. Después de hablar directamente con la Notaria se destapo todo, no solo descubrimos que ponía excusas a ambas partes si no que han conseguido que firmáramos en notarias diferentes ratificando en una de ellas para evitar cualquier contacto entre ambas partes. Solo se puede deducir que su intención era embolsarse todo el dinero en B posible sin que ninguna de las dos partes supiese que comisión se han llevado, con los consiguientes problemas con hacienda por declarar el valor muy por debajo del catastral. Nosotros desconocemos cuanto ha pagado la parte compradora pero imaginamos que la parte compradora si sabrá lo que hemos percibido nosotros al reflejar el importe total en escrituras. Al final decidimos que todos los importes restantes fueran ingresados por transferencia para no tener problemas con el pago de impuestos, corregir y formalizar escrituras directamente con las notaria de Torrevieja y Madrid por la cantidad total de la compraventa, teniendo que hacer las correcciones en las mismas. Desconocemos si la parte compradora decidirá demandarles, pero están en su derecho si esta gente ha cobrado muy por encima de lo que debe de cobrar una inmobiliaria. Después de casi un año, por nuestra parte hemos conseguido cobrar el importe total de la venta de la vivienda de mis padres y que haya sido declarada en escrituras por lo que realmente hemos percibido. Según la Notaria, no quieren ver más a los responsables de esta inmobiliaria en sus despachos y al igual que yo en esta reseña intentaremos hacer ver las intenciones de estos tipos lo más rápido posible para que no vuelvan a engañar a nadie y menos a unos pobres ancianos indefensos.
