Negative experience: They are the biggest thieves in the Torrevieja area. That woman named Stela took my deposit money and made my life impossible because they knew I lived outside the country. Fantastic experience: Bought a property with the agents and all went smoothly on very high professional level. The company takes care for everything from the contracts to taxes and transfer of the electricity bills. All required certificates and documentation checked prior the deal and helped to both sides with government organisations issuing required documentation. Completely made the lawyers/abogados expenses unnecessary. Very happy as we organised everything in less than a 2 months.
