A few months later, they call you because they want to offer you a hypothetical client interested in my property that is listed on various real estate portals. Lack of manners, poor vocabulary, absurd verbal communication... 27-April-2024 Responding to their reply: The lack of memory is clearly their big problem, I was in their office, I spoke with you (you are too much for me) and with another girl (you or your daughter). And from what I read... between the two of you, you don't have a decent memory. I recommend having less selective memory and more empathy along with assertiveness... (look up its meaning on Google) Feedback with a sarcastic response.

Fantastic experience: Po dvou měsících báječného putování po Španělsku od Barcelony na jih přes Valencii, Andaluzii až k Malaze, abych unikl depresím po dvou dobrodružných, ale poněkud odstrašujících zkušenostech s makléři hned v prvních dnech své návštěvy Španělska, jsem se již zcela vyčerpán nakonec přece setkal s mimořádně profesionálním týmem rodinné realitní kanceláře J+M sídlící v samém srdci vysněné Torrevieja. Pomohl nejen se všemi procedurami spojenými s nákupem nemovitosti, ale také i se získáním osobního účtu ve španělské bance, včetně okamžité elektronické registrace ihned po podpisu kupní smlouvy pro cizineckou policii k legalizaci dlouhodobého/trvalého pobytu pro cizince ve Španělsku. To vše za pouhé tři dny, abych pak už o týden později při oficiální proceduře před španělským notářem mohl převzít předběžnou elektronickou dokumentaci všech jednotlivých procedur a transakcí (Contrato Simple) a výměnou za šek na zbytek kupní ceny z mého právě získaného španělského účtu z rukou prodejce i klíče od nemovitosti a mohl jít hned bydlet. Vše proběhlo jako ve snu, až se mi nechţělo uvěřit, že jde o realitu. Za veškerou podporu vděčím paní Marii Alejandra Salinas Tapia, která mi pomohla překonat náročnou životní etapu.
