Negative experience: He tenido una experiencia negativa con esta inmobiliaria. Dejan mucho que desear. No recomendable.

Negative experience: Una de las inmobiliarias peores que he encontrado en el mercado. Mentirosos, sinvergüenza y ladrones. Les he alquilado un piso. Han cogido 2 meses de fondo. Supuestamente, si la vivienda queda en perfecto estado tendrían que devolverme la fianza, pues lo que me devolvieron fue 400 euros. ¿Porque el piso estaba sucio con cosas dentro y una pared con un poquito de pintura levantada, Todo mentira el piso estaba mejor que cuando me lo dieron. Ahora entiendo Porque la gente no paga el último mes Visto lo que me ha pasado es lo mejor que pueden hacer.

Negative experience: Pésima inmobiliaria. Esta semana hemos ido a ver un piso que venden y parecia una tienda de ropa en vez de una futura vivienda, el "agente" parecía más un portero que otra cosa. Citaron a más de diez personas a la vez y este señor, solo nos dijo "bueno, esta es la vivienda". No nos enseñó nada, estaba más pendiente del movil, de abrir la puerta a todos los que venían que de los que estabamos alli, le preguntabas algo y no sabía, todo muy seco y de malas maneras. Ni siquiera habia abierto el garaje para ver la plaza ni el trastero, casi ni lo enseña. De verdad que pobre de las personas que pagan a esta agencia por la comisión de la venta, por que no se lo merecen. Nosotros casi reservamos pero únicamente por que el piso valía la pena y estamos desesperados, pero lo unico que dije al salir es. "no compro el piso únicamente por este señor". Hemos visto más inmuebles de otras inmobiliarias y el trato es infinitamente mejor y entienden que estas comprando un hogar, no una prenda de ropa. Si el dia de mañana me toca vender algo o algun familiar, me asegurare de que no sea con esta agencia.

Negative experience: La gestión de esta inmobiliaria deja mucho que desear. Había solicitado cita para una visita y, tras la confirmación de un agente, me llega otro mensaje de otro agente distinto en el que se cambia el horario de la misma. Me parece totalmente lícito, ya que hay que tener en cuenta varios factores. Sin embargo, al pedir que me confirmaran día y hora (5 días antes de la supuesta visita) me dejan sin respuesta hasta el mismo día de la misma, cambiando nuevamente el horario. Deberían tener en cuenta que las personas ajustamos los horarios de trabajo y no todo el mundo tiene libertar horaria absoluta. En resumen, no he podido visitar el piso, no me han dado otra posibilidad y ya está despublicado.

Negative experience: Le pongo 1 estrella porque no se puede poner menos.. Hemos ido a ver un piso hoy. Además de mala comunicación.. llamamos al agente para preguntarle bien el lugar porque no encontrábamos el piso y su respuesta fue “ES ROSADO Y TE DEJO PORQUE HAY MÁS GENTE ESPERANDO” además de buscarte la vida para encontrarlo hemos tenido que volver a llamarlo otra vez para saber en en qué piso tocar por cuando lo llame la primera vez no fue capaz ni de decirme. Vas a la visita y hay 15 personas más viendo el piso … El tío en la puerta no te cuenta nada no te explica nada. Te interesa? Me mandas los papeles y ya veremos… No se si todos los agentes actúan con taaaaaanto Pasotismo o es que realmente este hombre estaba tan seguro de que se alquilaría que le daba todo igual… Pero vamos el trato y la experiencia…. Un 0

Negative experience: Unfortunately, our experience with this real estate agency has been disastrous. Putting aside the properties they showed us (as that wasn’t the biggest problem), we ended up paying for a 'Personal Shopper' service that couldn’t have been worse. Instead of feeling accompanied and informed in such a tedious and dizzying process as buying a home (especially when it’s your first time, as it was in our case), we felt completely helpless and lacked information and support from the agency, which couldn't answer any of our questions. The level of misinformation and ignorance from the agency was so high that the night before the purchase of the apartment, we didn’t even know the payment method or the process we needed to follow. We had to go in circles, find information on our own, and ask for favors at our bank to figure out the best way to make a transfer and pay for the house... All of this because at no point did Olympo know how to advise us. The seller imposed their own conditions. Conditions that harmed us, and which Olympo never managed to contest. They ended up delaying the purchase date by 3 weeks. The straw that broke the camel's back was when on the day of the signing of the purchase of the house, our real estate agent couldn't manage all the questions that arose; on the contrary, we had to explain several times certain issues that came up which she couldn’t understand, all while repeatedly looking at her phone and talking on the phone. We will not recommend this agency at all. They have not met our expectations in any way, and the service provided was not worth the large amount of money we have paid.
