Fantastic experience: We purchased a property for use as a holiday home through Swedhomes in Torrevieja about a year ago now. The Agent, Tascha, couldn't have been more helpful in liaising with ourselves, our solicitor and the vendor. Since completion we have employed Swedhomes as a keyholder on our behalf. Tascha carries out regular visits to our property during periods when we are not there, checks everything over, and ensures all utiliies are working as they should and sends us through photographs via whatsapp. Tascha has also sourced us various local tradsmen to carry out odd jobs and maintenance that we have needed doing, which she has supervised. As you can imagine this a massive help given the geographical distance and the language barrier. So from purhase to aftercare, Tascha has been there every step of the way.
