Negative experience: I was left feeling very confused and negative by this place. An agent showed us one apartment and then got annoyed and childish when we didn’t take it! I actually felt guilty about it, but eventually realised that it wasn’t us that were at fault. Strange and unprofessional. They are probably great if you buy from them.

Negative experience: Unacceptable actions. There was a meeting scheduled with the representative and when he didn't show up, we called him. The explanations were that he forgot and was ill, along with forgetting to inform that he was sick. We came from Finland for the meeting. We arranged a new meeting, after which I received a message that the item had already been sold. Yesterday I received an email from the company offering the item. One star, because you can't give half a star.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are regular clients of the company. In our last visit, we received from the "Alegria" firm a bottle of signature red wine "Alegria". We want to thank the managers for the nice gift, which was appreciated by my whole family. The wine "Alegria" can be briefly characterized by the words "why not pour another glass?))). The external appearance gives an idea of a quality product, a dark bottle with a natural cork instead of plastic. The wine has a pleasant aftertaste that, after a while, calls for more. With moderate acidity and a slightly astringent taste, it gives an impression of a good grape variety and a quality fermentation process. It is slightly stronger than similar types of wines, which adds a special piquancy to the taste. The wine is worthy of recommendations for people who appreciate a good product.

Negative experience: I gave one star simply because of one girl. Anastasia helps with the homologation of certificates and questions about universities. This girl only after paying for the homologation told me that she needed the originals in hand, not in electronic format. This completely changes my entire admission process. When I asked 'what documents do I need?', there was not even a mention that they were needed in the country itself. I also paid for the preparation to obtain a student visa and worked with another girl, with her everything was fine, she often told me that for certain university questions I could reach out to Anastasia... So I did, and she just ignored me. What is the point of buying the university selection service for several hundred euros if I am only interested in one question? And I believe that considering I have already paid the company more than 1,000 euros for all these processes, they should answer me: 'which of these two universities is better?'. Overall, the dialogue with Anastasia is conducted as if the person is not interested in working and receiving money at all.

Negative experience: 0 stars if possible. Scam!! Stay far away. Lie everything. Kind at the start and says the house is in absolutely fantastic condition and didn't want to show more houses because this was the best. Not answering. Asks for a deposit in cash and lies and uses it as the owner's fee. The house is not in habitable condition, furnaces don't work, gas leak, didn't have water for a month & rats all over the property and mice in the walls. Ants on the floor and in beds crawling on pillows and everywhere. It simply abounded in dead ants when you woke up in bed. Simply disgusting and impossible living conditions. Contact the broker, but no they can't help us and the only thing they say is we have to contact the owner who lives in Russia, but of course no answer there either.... The attrition tactic at a high level. NEVER USE ALEGRIA REAL ESTATE!!!! Please!!

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. What they offer in photos and videos is very far from reality when you see it live. When you complain about the advance payment saying that the square meters do not match, the condition of the house with damp and rotten issues... etc. You go and talk to the manager, who looks like he wants to get rid of you by leaving the room, not wanting to attend to you... They do not respond to emails, WhatsApp, Viber after this.... The collaborator who offered the apartment doesn't even live in Spain, she just came to make the sale and take her commission (Renata Bakos). As I see in the comments, so far no one has gotten their deposit back who had the same problem. They think that you don't live here, that you won't waste time and more money claiming through another route. Deplorable... this is how they show the class they have.

Negative experience: We contacted this company to obtain a tourism license. At first, an employee enthusiastically took on the paperwork. Then several times she sent us documents to sign that belonged to others with confidential information... We finally received ours, checked them, and signed. In the end, the employee wrote that she was taking our documents for processing and then disappeared. I tried to contact them several times, they didn't respond, and six months later they claimed that I hadn't paid for the services, so nobody was thinking about processing the documents! I wasn't sent an invoice, I wasn't warned about the 100% prepayment, I was clearly told that the documents were being worked on! By accident, I accidentally called the company 'Allergy', clearly a Freudian slip... I ordered the license from another company, be careful, Alegra is not interested in small clients.

The apartment looks exactly the same in life as it does on photos which is really pleasant since often photos and reality do not match. The apartment has everything you need for living, even a heater as it can get quite chilly in Spain in January. Yulia is super responsive.
