Negative experience: Very bad experience! They rented me a place from a okupa, didn't know at the moment that the property had no water legally conected and electricity was also FIXED. I asked for the claims register, didn't have anything...I wasted my time trying to get any answer, zero empathy from Spain Estate. I tryed several times to get help from them but they looked the other way...I spend terrible times living in such conditions until I found another place and moved. Be careful with this kind of monkey business. I do not trust any of them. By the way, the okupa returned to live there, PARANA 544 JUMILLA II, ORIHUELA COSTA. Real owners dissapared several years ago.

Это испанское агентство, но у них есть девушка Оксана, она помогает с переводом. Очень приятный и отзывчивый человек. Огромное ей спасибо, т.к. Гугл переводчик не спасает! Здесь помогли с документами и даже с подключением интернета. А русскоязычные агентства не помогли вообще, только пытались денег содрать побольше. И по поводу цены, у русскоязычных агентств она выше и намного. В общем, рекомендую, я общалась с Узером по вацапу и Оксаной. Большое вам спасибо!!!!

Negative experience: I have never had more problems renting an appartment, than i have had through Spain estate. Spain estate dosent quality check the propperties they rent out beforehand. i came after 34hours of travelig to a super dirty appartment, full of cockroaches and mold all over it, in addition to a faulty electric system. In addition to that Spain estate also made us as TENTANTS pay for their commision fee, insted of the LANDLORD who is using their service. I have never experienced anything simmilar. I wish i could give them a 0 star review, since thats what they deserve. Plese avoid renting through them at all costs

Negative experience: Avoid spain estate if you want to rent a property in Torrevieja. They provided a super dirty appartment full of mold. Bad communication, tries to scam you forcing tentants to pay commision fees for their rental services.
