Positive experience: Generally I'm happy with the service provided by Casas y Mar. They were very professional, the purchase of the property went very smoothly. Staff was available to answer all questions and happy to help. However, there was a problem when it comes to tourist licence. On number of occasions I was assured the property has a valid tourist licence and it was just a matter of paperwork to transfer it under my name. Unfortunately after the sale was finalised, this didn't materialised.
