Negative experience: The sale of our house was terrible, at the last minute they try to lower the price with lies, the worst part is that we have been waiting for an expense justification since November 2023. To this day, it is evident that they have not justified anything. Terrible experience with them.

Positive experience: The network of agents that Inmocosta has in Torrevieja, as well as its significant presence in all advertising media (photos, videos, and website) have made the sale of my bungalow very quick and successful. In just two months. (The house deserved it) However, I cannot say the same about the agent responsible for the agency located in Aguas Nuevas. I have had to continuously request information and advice, which in many cases I have taken time to receive. I have not felt supported or defended by this agent against the buying party; they have limited themselves to strictly following the stipulated terms, without allowing for possibilities of negotiation or alternatives for some 'loose ends' that were not contemplated at the beginning of the sale. All the time I had the feeling, seeing their passive, conservative, and fearful attitude, that they were defending the buyer's position more than mine. INMOCOSTA needs to take action to avoid losing its prestige and good reputation. It cannot have passive people with little commercial spirit in charge of its agencies, who only perform a mere administrative job that also leaves much to be desired. I take this opportunity to make a special mention of Diana, in her role as coordinator, she has been efficient, charming, and very professional; at times I had to turn to her to help me resolve issues that arose during the sale period. People with her performance are what INMOCOSTA needs.
