Negative experience: This real estate agency is a complete disaster. They demonstrated extremely poor management today, Friday, March 22, 2024, in every aspect from the agent who attended us (a certain Enrique), from the lack of transparency in the information provided and published to his sales performance, which leaves much to be desired. We arranged to view a property located in Mutchamiel, and during the same visit, other families began to enter (a total of 4 families, plus others waiting to come up). This is not the USA; a visit is not an open house. To add to the situation, the property does not have a certificate of habitability, the property tax status is unknown, he doesn't know the current energy certification of the property, and he knows nothing about the community fees or if there is any debt. All of this should be communicated upfront. If I was interested, we would proceed with the visit and not waste anyone's time. As if this weren't enough, and after reprimanding him for his lack of professionalism for scheduling different families at the same time and showing the property to everyone together, he responds with: 'I COME FROM TORREVIEJA, IT IS WHAT IT IS.' In summary, my experience with this real estate agency and this particular agent has been completely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: I called several times to see a house... the man who answered me, besides being very dull, didn't give me the opportunity to see the house, saying that 'today it can't be done' or 'it's very complicated for me this week'... I wonder if they are not there to sell houses, what are they there for?.... I do not recommend it at all!!!

Negative experience: Agence pas sérieuse. Dans les annonces l'agence affiche un prix et lorsque l'on va signer un contrat de vente le prix est passé de 75000 € à 110000 €. Je parle de notre propre expérience. Tout était en ordre lorsque nous sommes allé voir notre avocat. Donc nous avons rejoint à l'appartement la personne qui nous avait fait visité. Et là à notre grande surprise on nous dit que le propriétaire a changé d'avis et demande 110000 € alors que le prix était de 75000 €. Nous avons donc annulé la vente. Mais cela ne s'arrête pas là, par curiosité en rentrant chez nous je vais sur leur site voir si ils ont changé le prix. Eh bien oui.. Ils l'on mit à 80000 €. Alors soyez vigilants si vous avez affaire à eux
