Negative experience: I regret to say that my experience with them was absolutely terrible. We agreed on a house on the first visit. I expressed my interest in reserving it that same day at the asking price (I didn't negotiate a single euro), but they told me that 'we would do the paperwork' the next day. I was surprised when the next day I contacted them to sign the reservation, and they told me they wouldn't sell it to me because another client had offered more money. At that moment, I used the phone of the selling party (which I had at all times and to which I hadn't wanted to resort precisely to not 'jump' over the real estate agency), and they were very surprised, telling me that it was not true, that no one had offered them more money for the sale. Conclusion: someone must have offered Apit a higher commission than the agreed amount, and they preferred to make more money rather than keep their word. My learning: when dealing with this type of real estate agency, going straightforward and trying not to 'bypass' them has no reward; on the contrary, one ends up disadvantaged. What a shame.
