Negative experience: Please do not trust this woman, she was paid for registering a document 2 years ago and failed to do this ,even though I paid her for it (and have a receipt). She has lost me a sale on my house and has lied to me at every step of the process. Inept, unprofessional, dishonest and fake. She also has her staff lie to clients, e.g telling me they have collected and paid for documents when this was not true. Please avoid this company!! I know it seems a good idea having an English speaking estate agent but trust me you will be sorry.

Fantastic experience:

Positive experience: I found this service to be very responsive and professional. I placed my apartment for sale in October and it had 2 offers within a week and a completed sale within the month. The owner Julia was always available to answer and help with any queries and what could well have been an onerous experience proved to be very smooth.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria que he visto en toda mi experiencia en la costa del sol. Tratan a los clientes mal, son tardones e incumplen la ley. Jamás repetiría.

Fantastic experience: Escelentes profesionales gran trato al cliente siempre puntuales muy atentos a todas las necesidades en definitiva una gran inmobiliaria y Julia y su compañera dos grandes personas recomendable al cien por cien
