Negative experience: After persistent calls from Carmen to include our property in her catalog, we agreed to a visit on a Saturday at 3 PM. After an inspection of less than 5 minutes, the lady left promising to include the property in her catalog. Days later we received a WhatsApp saying that they do not operate in this area and they also did not like it for their clients. A few weeks later, to our surprise, we saw that they had put up a 'for sale' sign on an abandoned lot 20 meters from our house. Not recommended and very misleading.

Fantastic experience: I must admit that I tend to be skeptical of real estate agents, but here I really had a very positive experience. Clearly, the client's wishes are the priority here and not what needs to be sold. Negative experience: The whole buying process was lamentable, and the sellers were shameless; when it was finalized and they handed me the keys to the apartment, they had even taken the light bulbs and left the wires exposed. They took the washing machine, the bathroom vanity, and left holes in the tiles. The real estate agency never intervened on behalf of the buyers; their response was that these items were not included in the deposit and that their responsibility ended at the signing of the deed. Not only that, the first photo is what I saw at the moment of booking the apartment, the second is what they left me. Advice!!! Include everything in the deposit, even the light bulbs, because later no one takes responsibility!!!
