Fantastic experience: We recently stayed at this apartment in Torremolinos and I want to express my sincere gratitude and satisfaction for the experience we had. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Torremolinos, close to everything necessary, which made our stay especially comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the warm welcome and assistance provided by the owners. Their kindness and availability really made a difference. They were incredibly helpful, even allowing us to stay in the apartment until 6 PM on the day of our departure, which greatly facilitated our organization. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped to meet all our needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Malaga and I want to thank the owners for their excellent service and kindness.

Positive experience: Very nice apartment. Handy for bars, shops, etc. Brand new supermarket a minute away and lovely bakers. Nice view from balcony. Downside was being woken up a few times early morning with builders lifting floor tiles in the apartment above.

Fantastic experience: The appartement is lovely, clean and even if it is situated in the center of Torremolinos, it is not noisy at all. The owner of the appartement is such a treasure and kind man, who really helped us with all our requirements. We were even allowed to check out in the late afternoon as our flight was in the evening only. That is amazing and really helped us in the situation. Thank you Hernan!!! So, everything in total is really excellent!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great vacation thanks to the service they provided me. My flight was delayed, and they handed me the keys at 2:00 AM. They contacted us because we didn't arrive at the time we had planned. They provided us, in addition to the bathroom towels, 2 extra beach towels since my girlfriend and I didn't have more space in our suitcases. All the staff were friendly and kind at all times. Thank you very much, team from Steram Flats, for being so attentive to us.

Negative experience: 287€ for two nights, they didn’t want to refund before entering the room because we made a mistake with the booking date... and look what I find. Part of the vacation ruined. Each cockroach is unique from the video not to mention the ones we killed without documenting and the dirt that was there, what more can I say? I add that we wanted a refund because they advertise an apartment with parking for an additional 20€ and the parking is about a kilometer from the apartment and they tell me that it’s because I didn’t notify them about the photos.... why should I?
