Negative experience: Not the best experience for a gold member and the service provided

Negative experience: I warn everyone about this real estate agency. I paid €2000 here and received a receipt stating: if we don't find a house You will get this amount back for you. After being kept on the line for a month, it turns out that the employee has put the money in his pocket and now this real estate agency does not want to pay us back because they supposedly cannot. I went to the police and they are now dealing with the employee of this real estate agency who has fled. This real estate agency is not professional and while I am their customer they drop me and do not respond to anything and do not refund or come up with a solution, really scandalous. This concerns €2000 and not €100,000, so they are just greedy thieves who have no respect for their customers.

Negative experience: They sold us an apartment as FURNISHED and delivered it UNFURNISHED. Judge for yourselves.

Fantastic experience: Today we are the happy owners of an apartment in Torremolinos that José and Jorge showed us. We reside in France and we are active, and we can say without any hesitation that Jorge and José are excellent real estate agents, each in their field of expertise. We gave them a power of attorney that allowed them to obtain a NIE, a checking account in Spain, and various subscriptions (Water, Internet, Home Insurance...) as well as carry out all the notarial procedures and hand over the keys on our behalf. They are very professional, responsive, attentive to your needs, and provide excellent advice. It is with great confidence that both will renovate our property, and we are very grateful to them. We highly recommend their agency. Don't hesitate, walk in, and you won't be disappointed. Everything is top-notch.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency has been disastrous. I contacted them to schedule a visit to an apartment, and the guy who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. However, he later passed me on to another colleague of his. I arranged to meet him on Monday to see a property that initially fit what I was looking for. When I saw the apartment, I made it clear to him that I liked it and asked what I had to do to secure the apartment and what steps to follow. He told me that the family of this apartment did not accept reservations or money because they had a bad experience and would only give it to the first person who showed them proof of mortgage approval. From that moment on, I got to work. I asked him for the simple note of the apartment because the bank was requesting it, and I showed him that I was quite interested (taking days off work to talk to the banks and expedite everything with immense pressure). On Thursday, I sent him a WhatsApp saying I had all the documents ready from the bank, everything was going very well, and they were giving me very good conditions, asking him to tell the family to wait a few days so I could deliver the paper they requested. I received no response. On Friday, I called him, he didn’t pick up, and then he sent me a WhatsApp saying he was very sorry, but the apartment had been reserved. My face at work when reading that was like a cold shower. After several calls, I managed to talk to him. I wanted him to explain to me why he said I couldn’t reserve the apartment while telling someone else that they could. His response was that if I had deposited €10,000 as a reservation fee, the apartment would have been mine. I clearly asked him this and he explicitly told me that he did NOT ACCEPT MONEY, ONLY THE PAPER OF THE ACCEPTED MORTGAGE. The worst part is that instead of apologizing (which he did), he tried to make me feel as if I had lost the opportunity. It wasn’t just an apartment; it was hopes and dreams. It is difficult to find an apartment that meets certain characteristics, that you like, and that fits what you envisioned, and when you find it, they do this to you. I share my situation so that it doesn’t happen again and they don’t play with your feelings. Everything should be in writing, and if not, request to speak directly with the owners.
