Fantastic experience: I had a superior experience buying my home from Top Homes. I have bought several houses in my life and can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. Rosa was so very professional, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. She gave me so much time visiting the property to ensure it was the right decision. She went far beyond what any other agent has ever done for me. She met me to give me the keys having made sure the house was beautifully presented and clean. She had even organised a bottle of wine with two glasses on the table. An absolutely pleasure to deal with. She also recommended a great lawyer. She made the whole process so easy. I have worked with many estate agents in my 30 odd years living in Spain and when it came for me to sell I was going to be very careful. I had previously considered putting my apartment on sale and the agents I came across more or less treated me as a naive foreigner who did not know about the market. Anyway that was a few years ago. When I eventually decided now was the time to sell I approached Rosa as she had sold an apartment for a friend of mine. We had a good talk about the property as it is special and I agreed to go solely with Rosa and she accepted to put the property on the market at the price I wanted. Within 24 hours she had a virtual video of the apartment up on the web. 48 hours later a client who accepted the asking price and a deposit was down in 3 days!!!! We had a lot of administrational issues as I am living abroad but Rosa was always on hand and within 3 weeks the property was sold. For anyone who is seriously thinking of selling and wants a trustful professional go with Rosa at Top Homes. You will have no regrets.
