Negative experience: Beware of this real estate agency. I rented an apartment with them and they kept the deposit. They tell me that the tenant has to return the deposit to me at €50 per month. You have been warned.

Fantastic experience: Close, attentive, and personalized treatment

Negative experience: I stayed in a vacation apartment they manage, and the management is fine, but the apartment is a shoebox with a sofa bed and a mattress as thin as a paper. You can feel all the metal bars. Moreover, the sheets were super dirty. We booked two nights and had to sleep with that dirt because we noticed it at midnight. The next day, they left us new ones at a bakery, stating that they didn’t have keys, while the day we left the room they tell you to leave them inside on the table. Besides leaving them dirty, I had to change them myself. On the second night, we had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. Our bodies ached all over. Terrible. We didn’t rest at all. On top of that, they say it’s the Airbnb owner's fault. And that it’s cheap while acknowledging that it’s terrible and that people don’t go there to sleep. You have to enter the bathroom doing contortionism because the door almost collides with the sink, and to use the toilet, you have to sit sideways because you bump into the sink as well. There’s no wifi, no shower gel, no hairdryer. You can hear all the noises, you need to bring earplugs or you won't sleep due to the noise the fridge makes at night. We had two horrible nights. They apologized and even said they fired the cleaning girl. But having to sleep in someone else’s dirty sheets doesn’t solve anything for us. They didn’t offer to refund us. I would be embarrassed to manage a place like this. They let us check out at 12:00 instead of 10:30 to make up for it. But really, if you want to rest, do not stay here.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I rented a house, if you want to call it that, paying a year's rent in advance plus security deposits for non-payment. The house had ceramic glass, 2 old plates, complaints after complaints, and they could change it for me in a month and a half. .....dirty house, broken sofa, so I have to leave for several reasons. When I was told from the beginning that there would be no problems if I left the house, I found myself with a rental that was withheld because they didn't notify me, and that's fine. So the joke is what made me laugh more because they kept a lot of money from me. I won't give figures about the beds since they said they had to put 2 single beds because we were 2 roommates and each had their own fourth room since there was one bed in the room for 2 people. There was no need for a double bed because the room was very small with no window, so I thought it would be better to agree on the price of the beds with me. Since there were no beds in that house when I went to see it, they asked me if I wanted a double bed or 2 single beds, that if you join them, it becomes a wedding in any case the year played the game. Very bad experience, definitely not to repeat. Strongly not recommended. The owner is always in a hurry, you can never talk, always tatataataa ta ta.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience because they work with unprofessional people like DOLORES PUJOL who appeared to be intermediary between them and the owner. After 6 months of renting the apartment when I moved back she found millions of excuses not to return my deposit. Be careful.
