Negative experience: Nuestra experiencia con Sol Lloret ha sido mala,mi padre puso una casa en venta y se la dimos a 2 agencias una de ellas Sol Lloret pues en 9 meses ni una sola visita cuando en la otra agencia han habido al menos 15,tienen muy pocas ganas de vender por no decir ninguna y las chicas un poco mal educadas por no decir bastante.

Negative experience: Gestión de todo horrible, quienes te atienden son gente muy maleducada y nunca arreglan nada, llevo un año reclamando unas averías en mi piso y todavía espero, Ana y merce un desastre total

Negative experience: Fatal. Mi pareja y yo llevamos muchísimo tiempo buscando piso y hemos entregado los papeles y todo pero siempre nos dan largas, hay una señora llamada Mercè que da largas y sin saber porque, quedamos con ella para ver un piso y luego larga. Muy irrespetuosa y muy maleducada.

Negative experience: THERE IS BAD TREATMENT BY AN OPERATOR. SHE IS SEXIST AND RACIST. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH HER ON THE PHONE AND I FEEL THAT SHE HAS NO DIGNITY. SHE HAS SAID THAT SHE IS INTERESTED IN THE APARTMENT E AND THAT I PAY A DEPOSIT, AND SHE TELLS ME 'NO, I DON'T RENT'. THIS AGENCY DOES NOT TREAT WARM CLIENTS WELL.

Negative experience: Scammers!! Be careful!!! They asked me for confidential information (ID and payslips, certificates) to move forward as a candidate for renting an apartment. Despite it being illegal, I agreed because I was interested. I submitted all the documentation WITHOUT SEEING THE APARTMENT. They confirmed to me that the insurer gave the okay. After a month of waiting, they told me that they wouldn't show it to me because they already had other scheduled visits. The apartment has continued to be advertised throughout the month... A bunch of real scammers who traffic personal data of people in need of renting. I am going to report them to stop scamming and trafficking in confidential information. A real shame. This agency is extortion!!!

Negative experience: Timadores-estafadores!! Cuidado!!! Me solicitaron datos confidenciales (DNI y nóminas, certificados)para seguir adelante como candidata a alquilar un piso. A pesar de ser una ilegalidad, accedí porqué estaba interesada. Presenté toda la documentación SIN VER EL PISO. Me confirman que la aseguradora ha dado el ok. Después de una espera de un mes, me dicen que no me lo enseñan, porqué ya tienen otras visitas concertadas. El piso ha seguido publicado durante todo el mes... Unos auténticos estafadores que trafican con los datos personales de personas que necesitan alquilar. Voy a denunciarlos para que dejen de estafar y traficar con información confidencial. Una auténtica vergüenza. Esta agencia es una extorsión!!!

Negative experience: ¡¡¡SI ALQUILAS O COMPRAS TE INTERESA MUCHO LEER ESTO!!! ¡¡¡ÁBRELO!!! Vivimos en unos apartamentos turísticos "adaptados a vivienda" lo pongo entre comillas porque no han hecho absolutamente ningún cambio en los apartamentos, toda la comunidad tenemos problemas en los pisos, baldosas que se caen, ventanas que no cierran y están carcomidas y completamente rotas, humedades en las paredes, columnas que literalmente chorrean agua y crean moho negro que además le está saliendo pelusa del tiempo que lleva, piscina inhabilitada por la cual se cuela el agua, la ducha no funciona por más de 10 min, tenemos plagas de bichos de la fruta, moscas y hormigas, pagamos las facturas de luz de los vecinos porque tienen un lío tremendo con los contadores y los precios de la luz son desorbitados(Vecinos que viven solos y pagan 120€)Y cuando vas a hablar con los responsables te cambian de teman y evitan por completo el tema para así no tener que solucionarlo... Es horrible el servicio que Dan... Penoso!!!
