Fantastic experience: The apartment was clean and large - in line with the description. The apartment included air conditioning, 2 balconies, a living room with a television, 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen where basic meals could be prepared.

Negative experience: We stayed from Saturday, August 3, 2024, to Saturday, August 10, 2024, in Benalmádena. Upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were shocked by the hygiene of the place; the cleaning simply had not been done. The list is long, and I will describe it room by room: -Entrance hall/corridor: Dust on the furniture Dirty floor (no broom or mop) -Living room: Dust on the furniture Dirty floor (no broom or mop) Broken light fixture (glass debris on the floor) Dirty table and chairs Dirty window Sofa (very bad condition, stained, dirty) Candies behind a piece of furniture Many dirt behind and under the sofa Remote control battery dead -Bedroom (Double bed): Dust on the furniture and in the closet Dirty floor (no broom or mop) No mattress and pillow protectors Stained sheet -Bedroom (Bunk beds): Dust on the furniture and in the closet Dirty floor (no broom or mop) No mattress and pillow protectors The single bed broken (structure and one slat) -Bathroom (Bathtub): Dirty floor (no broom or mop) Dirty toilet with urine stains -Bathroom (Shower): Dirty floor (no broom or mop) Dirty toilet with urine stains -Kitchen: Dust on the furniture and in the cupboards Dirty floor (no broom or mop) Cutlery, plates, utensils... dirty (kettle to be replaced, dirty coffee machine) Dirty fridge Dirty mop and bucket No basic kitchen supplies (oil, salt, pepper...) -Terrace: Dirty floor Dirty table and chairs Dirty and broken broom Since the accommodation was not cleaned, we immediately contacted the host, who sent a cleaning company the next day at noon. The person stayed for 20 minutes and simply removed the candies, dirt behind the sofa, and did a bit of dusting. This person informed us that they had a lot of work and could not spend much time per accommodation... After that, we stopped communicating with the host as it proved useless. Other tenants in the building who were staying at the same time as us with the same host confided to us that their accommodation was also not clean and that some equipment was faulty. Having a very dirty accommodation, with broken and/or damaged furniture is simply unacceptable. We are long-time customers of Airbnb and we are shocked and surprised to see hosts like this. This host, who is an agency, should not be on the platform as they disregard their clientele and only think about making profits. For an accommodation that we paid €1532.20 for, this is not acceptable. Best regards.

Negative experience: To respond to your reply to the previous review: IVI Real Estate Inmobiliaria (owner) He tried to obtain €400 in compensation from Airbnb for a cleaning problem that was resolved by sending the cleaning team back, and since he did not succeed because they agreed with us, he gives us this review. Moreover, we no longer have apartments in this building, it is easy to check on our Airbnb profile. -------- For your information, the second cleaning did not change anything and did not repair the broken furniture either. And I am not a host on Airbnb so no, I do not know at all how to withdraw money from the host as you say. And Airbnb sided with us, that’s why we received financial compensation, but you know that very well. When we are hosts, we clean up; we do not leave a property in a deplorable state like it was in your property. You charge €65 for cleaning but you never do it, because there has not been a broom used, nor a mop, a lamp was broken upon our arrival and there were even debris on the floor. Not to mention the candies and other trash on the floor. Urine stains on the 2 toilets, dust on all the furniture, a sofa to change, a broken bed, no mattress or pillow protectors, dirty tiles, a broken broom that we are still waiting for, by the way. The closets of the bedrooms are dirty as well as those in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils unwashed, the plates, the glasses... An electric kettle corroded, a coffee machine in a deplorable state, the fridge I won’t even talk about. I will stop here because the list is already quite long. We are not the only ones in this case, as another property in the building that belongs to you is in the same condition as ours according to others we have met. You are an agency, and you do not think at all about your tenants as only your turnover matters. The conversation with the cleaning service you employ also reassures us in our testimony and proves once again that the cleaning is never done and that they do not even have the proper equipment to do the 'cleaning.' I invite you to stay a week in this accommodation and most importantly, good luck. A big thank you to Airbnb who, contrary to what you say, gave us reason.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with them. I talked to them from the first day of my stay about deficiencies in the apartment and they washed their hands of it. Then they send an email saying 'sorry, we will try to improve' and it's like I never saw them. Terrible, terrible.

Fantastic experience: Everything is great with them. This is the second time I've rented an apartment from them and everything is correct.

Negative experience: I stayed with my husband and on the first day while sleeping we found 3 bedbugs. It is important to highlight that the first one was not ours. Disgusting! A shame! Non-existent cleanliness. The apartment was located at Avenida Carlota Alessandri 282; Torremolinos. I recommend bringing your own sheets and pillows.

Negative experience: Duquesa 506 We left this apartment 3 days early, they refused to return our money. 1. The apartment stinks as if a grandfather recently lived there, whom no one cared about, and this grandfather smoked 4 packs of cigarettes a day. Light notes of garbage and impurity can also be detected, which I cannot describe in more detail. All our things and ourselves now exude this magical aroma. I would like to note separately that we have the pleasure of staying in these luxurious apartments with our 7-month-old daughter. 2. Our daughter still doesn't walk, but she crawls well and with her little hands she pulls out clods of dirt and dust from every corner. 3. There is no Internet in the apartment, and this was not obvious when booking, this is not a house in the forest. 4. The beds in the bedrooms creak so much that at night we wake up to this sound if someone decides to roll over. 5. There is mold in the bathroom. 6. Electrical outlets fall off the wall and sometimes you can hear the sound of sparks inside. 7. The chairs in which the imaginary grandfather smoked smelled so much that the first day I took them out to the balcony. 8. All large kitchen utensils are in terrible condition, covered in a layer of dirt. All the forks, spoons and knives were sticky with dirt. I had to put everything in a saucepan and boil it, the water after this procedure looked like broth.

Negative experience: Malissima gestión,, me dejaron tirado con mis padres de 85 años y mi mujer. Después de tener una reserva 15 días antes el señor Ivan me dijo que no tenía reserva aun mostrándole la página donde aparecía el número de reserva,no siquiera me dio una solución,,y como ya digo la reserva estaba pagada y aceptada echo que es totalmente denunciable y que no quedará asi. Aun no se me ha abonado el dinero pagado,por tanto no aconsejo en ningún momento esta inmobiliaria ni a su gestor de rentalia

Fantastic experience: El apartamento es ideal para 4 personas, está todo totalmente nuevo, decorado con muchisimo gusto y estilo y no le falta detalle alguno. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar durante tu estancia, incluido plancha con su tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, cafetera por cápsulas, tostador ....., Vamos de todo!!! Tanto las camas como el sofá son super comodos y el apartamento es muy luminoso. Se encuentra en una urbanización con césped y jardín al que se puede acceder directamente desde el salón . Nos ha encantado los días que hemos estado allí . Y por último destacar la atención de la IVI real estate inmobiliaria, pues la comunicación ha sido , rápida, clara y sencilla y más concretamente , agredecer a Mariano su trato inmejorable , siempre atento y servicial. From the first getting in touch Adrián was very responsive and quickly answered to all our questions and doubts about the property. Fantastic experience: My brother and I were looking to sell an Apartment within a Hotel in Benalmadena Costa which we had inherited from our late parents and really didn't know what was involved. Having had an "offer" from the Hotel we decided to shop around to see how realistic this was and initially found IVI Real Estate through On line Internet searches.... we chose them as they had an office close to where the apartment is and they had links with a wider network..... Jessica responded to my email enquiry more or less immediately and it was apparent from a follow on phone call she knew exactly what was needed ... she:- .... suggested that a Sales figure, which was some €30k more than the Hotel offer, was realistically achievable .... explained what was involved and that we would have to have the title transferred into our names first .... introduced us to a local Abogado (Lawyer) who dealt with the transfer of title / obtaining our NIE's / payment of Taxes .... visited the apartment / took photos / put on Website / Marketed. .... obtained the full asking price within a matter of weeks of marketing. .... dealt with the Sale transaction on our behalf which involved acting under our Power of Attorney (arranged in UK with Notary / Hague Apostille stamping) / meeting with the Spanish Notario & Purchasers... this saved us further Lawyer fees / travel costs / time .... sent the funds to us in UK via Bankers Drafts (this was the only downside as crazily it can take up to 3 months to clear the money into a UK Bank!!!) - however this was not her fault as down to Spanish Law .... keep us fully appraised by email throughout the process. We're thoroughly satisfied with the excellent service .

We had a bit of a nightmare when our flight got cancelled the day before completion and had to make alternative plans. Ivan managed to change the time of signing.
