A real estate agency I didn’t know, I chose them because they don’t have exclusivity, and it has been a pleasant surprise.

Negative experience: Meeting for the assessment three days after the deed, after trusting the agent's words that there was no intention of imminent works. The assessment has amounted to 14,000 euros. No compensation of any kind has been received.

Negative experience: ATTENTION TO ALL PROSPECTIVE TENANTS, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A LAW HAS BEEN PASSED PROHIBITING THE CHARGING OF AGENCY FEES TO THE TENANT. They completely ignore the law that states that 'the obligation for the costs of real estate management and the formalization of the contract lies with the landlord.' IT IS THE LANDLORD WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE COSTS INCURRED BY THE REAL ESTATE SERVICE PROVIDED TO THEM. I was not shown an apartment because I disagreed with their illegal conditions. ENOUGH WITH THE SCAMS.
