Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I went in March and there were no agents in the office. A super friendly guy helped me, so I have no complaints about that. He asked me what I was looking for and noted it down so that his colleagues could call me since I was looking to buy an apartment. Up to that point, everything was fine. He gave me the number of a colleague so that I could contact him and also said that I was interested in having some apartments shown to me. To this day, I am still waiting for a response from them. They never got in touch with me, and I don't know anything. If I had waited for them, I would still be without finding anything. It may just have happened to me, but I do not have a good experience if they have just ignored me after I made contact with them.
