Negative experience: Unacceptable behavior I would like to share my experience from last Wednesday when I took my clients to see an apartment managed by this office. I tried to contact the franchise owner by phone, Daniel, and sent a WhatsApp to the number of the person who showed us the apartment, Rafael. Since I was ignored, I am sharing my experience with this office, which, as my clients' lawyer, I found deplorable, lacking in ethics and professionalism. I went with my clients to visit an apartment that this office manages. The Tecnocasa guy, Rafael, showed up without notice and despite informing him that my clients did not need financing with a girl, Mónica, from Kiron (Tecnocasa's financial service). The experience of visiting the apartment was horrible: 1) they made my client sign a visit sheet with their phone and email information and with their fees of €3000 + VAT to the buyer; 2) Rafael could not answer any of the questions I asked, the financial intermediary, Mónica, answered, and that was not her function, and I don't know what she was basing her answers on since she didn't have any file with that information; 3) when discussing how the procedure would be if we were interested in the apartment, Mónica jumped in saying that "they have exclusivity for two weeks" to find financing for my clients, the buyers. What exclusivity will they have when my clients have not been given it? Does the seller know that they are conditioning the sale of the property to the financing from Kiron? What happens if the client already has their financing, like my clients, and does not want to hire Kiron? After telling Mónica that, she responded harshly: "That's why we don't like to work with intermediaries." And I said, excuse me, but I was hired by the buyers; you have no say in this matter, etc. Well, the worst part is that after the visit, just a few hours later, violating privacy policy and defaming me as the buyers' lawyer, they wrote to my client via WhatsApp - I have proof - offering their financing and instructing my client to call them when they are not with me because I "only want money." Why did they write to him? To offer their financing and free selling services? Or to try to bypass me without knowing me, without knowing who I am, my background, or my agreement with the buyers... Therefore, I warn sellers to be careful about whom they give their apartments to, as if they give them to a franchise that does not care to know about the property, only to open the door, it has these bad practices, and on top of that, they charge the buyer, making it very complicated to sell their apartment and have a good experience. As for me, I will no longer take any of my clients to this office and I will take the measures that I consider appropriate and that the law allows me due to the defamation they have made against me. If this is how they operate for selling and for the first point of contact, I can't even imagine the rest....

Negative experience: Muy mala atención en lo que se refiere atención al cliente y a educación y respeto, te hablan como si fueses ignorante, te indican un precio y luego te lo cambian, quedan conmigo y después de hacerme casi 300 km y perder un día de trabajo, no se presentan en la oficina y me tienen esperando tres horas y media, amenazan con meter en el piso de estudiantes a un hombre de 50 años, una falta de respeto total por parte de un tal Luis y el resto cómplices de el otro, aun estoy esperando que me llame un tal Daniel Sodringa. Me hacen ir a la oficina porque según ellos no iba a entender el contrato de alquiler, cuando se puede enviar por correo electrónico hoy en día todo y después de ver en persona al tal Luis, no creo que me vaya a enseñar a leer un contrato. Lamentable es poco decir de la actuación de este personal de Tecnocasa.

Fantastic experience: Compramos un piso con ellos y la verdad es que estamos muy contentos. Sí, te cobran por la gestión, pero te lo tramitan ellos todo, te agilizan un montón el proceso y se encargan del tema del papeleo. Los precios que tienen son los mejores que vimos en Talavera. Dani estuvo muy pendiente de que todo saliese bien durante el proceso y resolvió todas nuestras dudas. La verdad es que al principio no nos fiábamos mucho por haber leído alguna reseña negativa, pero tras nuestra experiencia no podemos hacer otra cosa que hablar bien de ellos.

Negative experience: Lamentable atención al cliente. Casi acoso. De verdad ahorraros contactar con esta gente. Han llegado a llamar a mi tía un sábado por la tarde-noche para incitarla a que firme. Honestamente, creo que se aprovechan de la gente mayor para asustarles con temas legales y que una vez que han firmado el contrato inicial, se vean obligados a vender el inmueble aunque no estén de acuerdo en fecha o precio.
