Negative experience: They are scammers, they are the same as the ones from Tecnocasa who are on the street next door. It's the same company. Álvaro and Raúl are terrible, they charge a commission to the buyer and threaten the seller with their little lawyers, and the threats just keep coming, it's unbelievable, the worst real estate agents I know in Talavera. They had such a bad reputation that they had to form another company with a different name, but they are still the same scammers, and many people know it. I don't want to see them anywhere near.

CUIDADO AL ALQUILAR EN ESTA INMOBILIARIA NO DEVUELVE LA FIANZA, AUNQUE DEJES EL INMUEBLE EN BUENAS CONDICIONES, TRATO PÉSIMO AL CLIENTE, NO COGEN EL TELÉFONO CUANDO HACEN RECLAMACIÓN. Y AUNQUE SE DIGAN QUE EL PROPIETARIO ES EL QUE DEVUELVE LA FIANZA, EN NINGÚN MOMENTO HEMOS TENIDO CONTACTO CON ÉL, A QUIÉN ENTREGAMOS LA FIANZA ES A LA INMOBILIARIA, Sino para que la utilizamos y pagamos como intermediario.
