Negative experience: It's incredible, I've been trying to make an appointment to see a house for 3 weeks and it's impossible. This guy Javier tells you he will call you and nothing happens, there's no way to reach him. You call him and get no response. Anyway, if this is without having solidified anything, I can't imagine how it would be if I've spent money!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Negative experience: The seriousness is absent with this real estate agency; after viewing an apartment and telling them I want it, they rush me to sign due to the owner's situation. After contacting various banks, they stop responding, and I don't hear anything from them again. They leave me hanging and without an answer; it's a disgrace.

Negative experience: I wouldn't give them fewer stars because there isn’t an option. I’ve called, sent WhatsApp messages, and emailed. And always the same excuse: 'we’ll call you tomorrow,' but they never do. They are unprofessional. I haven't seen worse workers than them. Don't give this real estate agency any property to sell.

Negative experience: I called to inquire about a plot in Lanzahita, they told me that they would call me back later, and I am still waiting a week later without any response. I sent an email through Idealista and still no reply. This is for the owner of the 6000 square meter plot in Lanzahita; if you contact me, I will buy the land. If you continue with the real estate agency, you will never sell it.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time here, they ignore you, omit, literally pass you by. The first time it was left that a guy would call me and nothing. A few days later I called again, found the guy, and asked him for information about urban planning of a property for sale, and he had no idea about local legislation and I asked him for the cadastral number twice via WhatsApp, and NOTHING. Besides the fact that the ads on Idealista don't have photos, they explain nothing... a disaster of a real estate agency.

Negative experience: I have also been calling several times to make an appointment, and they are not paying attention to me.

Negative experience: Feels like the agency is not interested is selling a property. As a potential buyer I was calling few times to schedule a visit and was simply ignored. I dont recommend this agency from buyers perspective nor sellers as on the end if they trust Innoventa to sell their land or a house it will not happen quick.
