Negative experience: I feel that our experience was quite different from the ones here. We made an appointment (my partner specifically) to visit a flat for sale that Coysa had advertised on Idealista. An hour was agreed with the salesman who attended to her, for 2 days later at the door of the house. This gentleman was informed that we were not from Talavera and that we were coming from the Community of Madrid. At the agreed time and day, we arrived in Talavera de la Reina at the door of the property to visit. 15 minutes later and without anyone from the real estate agency showing up, we called by phone. Response: 'The owner could not be there at that time and I forgot to inform you.' This gentleman who had left us waiting, suggested we meet in the afternoon to see it. Very 'serious' and 'professional' all and the customer service 'exquisite'!
