Negative experience: Al finalizar el contrato no me devolvieron la fianza a pesar de dejar el piso en buen estado. No hubo daños ni justificación clara para retenerla. Mil problemas con el piso que nunca solucionaron.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment with him. From the beginning, it was a disaster; he demanded that I pay the rent in cash, and most of the time when I met him to make the payment at his office (which is a mess, old ads, everything thrown around...), he wouldn't show up or would send his father after I waited a long while past the agreed time. Every month was a torment. Even worse, he raised the rent more than legally allowed by the annual increase, refusing to adjust it to the legal limit, which is completely illegal! Therefore, money that he scammed me out of and refused to return, surreal! When I decided to leave the apartment, things only got worse. I admit that my dog broke the arm of two sofas, and I never refused to pay or replace them, but he wanted to charge me the outrageous amount of over 1000 euros for them, plus the 450 of the deposit that he had already kept, an absurdity! (two old sofas, that there were better ones on Wallapop for 100 euros), and he tried to charge me for damages that were already there when I moved in or that he invented himself. The first thing he did when I left the apartment was to rummage through to find the smallest defect to charge me for. I asked him for a receipt for those sofas to see if the price he quoted was reasonable (he asked for an outrageous amount), also for a photo or video of a kitchen door that he wanted to charge me for, and I never knew why. According to him, it was misaligned, but it never was while I was there for almost two years. I never saw videos or proof of anything! He wanted me to pay an outrageous amount of money and never justified it! Starting with the microwave, which you can find new at Mediamarkt for 30 euros, he was asking me for 55 for one that was about 20 years old, claiming it was dirty (rusty and disgusting since I entered the apartment). The least he could do was justify such amounts of money if he wanted me to pay, but he never did! He even wanted to charge me for a toaster that worked fine the whole time I was there and, magically, according to him, it must have broken the day I left the apartment (he never sent proof either, all made up!) and kept adding up! He also said that they had to clean the apartment for 5 or 6 hours, so I had to pay a minimum of 50 euros for cleaning a 40 m² apartment, which I left clean, and I have photos and videos to prove it... Anyway! He never wanted to reason with me or answer my complaints or attempts at negotiation. He called me annoying for wanting to negotiate or ask for advice from third parties and threatened that if I didn't transfer him the money immediately, he would hold me responsible for unfair expenses, like the painting of the apartment, which doesn't even correspond to the tenant, what a scoundrel! In the end, I agreed to pay him 300 euros (aside from the deposit he had already kept) just to make him stop bothering me and threatening me with lawsuits. For me, it was unbearable. He even wrote to my mother, who was a guarantor on the lease, even though I repeatedly told him that I would take care of the expenses and repairs, and both of us asked him to deal with the matter directly with me. He wouldn't listen. He even wrote to my mother one day at 2 a.m., very rude. After many conversations with him, in which he did not attach a single invoice showing where my money went no matter how much I asked, in the end, he came out ahead because I paid him just to leave me alone and resolve the matter. He also never wanted to put me in touch with the owner, which generated a lot of distrust regarding where that money was going. While I was in the apartment, the only thing he showed efficiency in was answering to collect the rent (even though most of the time he didn't show up), but if there was any problem, I had to insist tirelessly to resolve it, as he wouldn't respond to messages or calls. I seriously doubt that the positive reviews are real because it's unbearable. In summary, a horrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone; if you don't want problems and to be taken for a ride, it's better to heed the reviews and look elsewhere!

Negative experience: A HORRIBLE experience. I rented a studio in quite poor conditions, with damage everywhere and quite dirty, despite the fact that it was supposedly cleaned. The owners leave a ton of their stuff so you can't even fully use the little space that exists. The lawyer in charge of the rental contracts 0 professionalism. When I first rented the studio, the washing machine was not working, so he came to check its operation, taking the opportunity to look deep into the house like someone searching for something, completely disrespecting me. Continuously asking personal questions about whether people of the opposite sex came to the house that I HAD BEEN PAYING TO LIVE IN. The neighbor below complains even about the noise of opening and closing the door, and despite the lawyer warning me about that, he still agreed with him when he complained about me, even telling me not to let boys into my house as if I were there on borrowed time and not under a rental contract. When the contract ended, I decided to escape from there as quickly as possible, and a month before the contract was about to expire, I went to another real estate agency that is worth it and knows how to do things properly. I returned the house in the same condition they left it for me, except it was clearly cleaner than how I found it. But it turns out they decided not to return my deposit due to problems they made up and for damages that were already there, they even went as far as tearing off some baseboards that were already loose to blame me, and things like the old worn mattress and the pillows they left that were disgusting to touch. Furthermore, despite denying the deposit, they don't even have the face to respond to the messages about their complaints regarding how I returned the apartment. A FATAL EXPERIENCE, NOT RECOMMENDED.

Negative experience: Terrible treatment, ZERO professionalism, they rented me an apartment and when we went to sign the contract on the scheduled day, they told me they had rented it to other people, that pseudo-real estate agency should shut down forever including the useless people running it, what a shame!

Negative experience: Dishonest, they deliver uninhabitable apartments and treat people in the worst way for complaining, not professional and thieves.

Fantastic experience: Javier, serious, honest, good real estate agency to sell your property. 100% recommendable.

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella por que no me deja poner 0, Profesionalidad deficiente... Me deja en visto los mensajes, no me contesta las llamadas, es el gestor de un estudio que estoy alquilando y no se hace responsable de los arreglos básicos de la vivienda, o te dicen que llamarán a alguien y aquí donde estoy sigo esperando después de dos meses, sin respuestas lógicas y siendo evitado por este abogado poco eficiente que carece de mucha educación y profesionalidad. ... Esta reseña la dejé en su negocio como abogado, minutos después me bloquea de todos los medios de comunicación que tenía con la inmobiliaria y me dice que no se hará responsable de ningún desperfecto.

Negative experience: ¡No firmen nada sin el respaldo de un equipo de abogados! Por descuido y urgencia firmé con Inmobiliaria Olympia un contrato de casi 30 páginas para el arrendamiento de una vivienda con cláusulas abusivas y/o desvergonzadas. Aparte me ocultaron importantes desperfectos y problemas del inmueble. Todas las reclamaciones enviadas a su atención al cliente las están desatendiendo descaradamente con estrategias sofisticadas de desgaste. Inmobiliaria Olympia desde el comienzo está actuando sin escrúpulos, al límite de la legalidad y aprovechándose de su experiencia y recursos legales. Para evitar más perjuicios y molestias resolveré el contrato lo antes posible. Envío saludos al Ministerio de Consumo con la esperanza que tomen nota de lo expuesto y lean también otros casos de abuso de Inmobiliaria Olympia. Sería conveniente impedir que Inmobiliaria Olympia y empresas similares campen a sus anchas exprimiendo desvergonzadamente a sus inquilinos.

Negative experience: Tiene carteles puestos de apartamentos muy económicos y cuando llamas, resulta que son de hace muchos años; los que tienen son el doble o el triple de caros que los que tienen puestos en la oferta.
