Negative experience: Bad experience. Not very professional.

Negative experience: Apparently, the lack of seriousness and professionalism, the tardiness, and the arrogance in the treatment have not been a mere coincidence. While this attitude is degrading in any situation, in this particular case, it is compounded by poor management not only of the business itself but also of the properties belonging to others that are managed there. When considering the potential purchase of a house and after two visits (during which the person in charge arrived late), we agreed that on our part, we would contact the bank and manage whatever was necessary; on their part, they committed to let us know if any other person showed interest. We did not make a deposit contract because we were not proposed one and we trusted what we had verbally agreed upon. They should become aware that a word can have legal validity if proven by conclusive acts but, above all, it has moral validity. In the midst of the procedures, we decided to call to inform them that we were doing everything necessary. They committed to the same again. When we finally got in touch to inform them that someone would come to appraise the property, suddenly, they stopped responding. Several calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails went unanswered. After our insistence, they 'deigned' to send us an email saying that another person was also handling the procedures. Conditional on the fact that if everything was not finalized that week, they would contact us. What was the outcome? The house in question (reference VPL-175) is still being advertised for sale on all real estate portals. We are still waiting for their call. What’s the conclusion? Lack of word and seriousness. Waste of time and lack of willingness in a market that is not easy at all right now. It is a shame not to know the owner to inform her about the type of management being done of her property and the services for which she pays. Perhaps that is why the house has been up for sale for quite a while... Shameful.

Negative experience: Huge lack of professionalism and disrespect towards clients and owners who, for some inexplicable reason, decide to trust them to sell their house. Bad. Very bad. Not recommendable. A bunch of swindlers.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Complaints and difficulties in managing a visit to a rental apartment. Moreover, they did not show up for the visit and did not inform me that they wouldn't come nor did they answer my phone call.

Positive experience: Atención correcta sin nada que destacar.

Negative experience: Seriedad y compromiso ninguno. Impuntual cuando llega y cuando no, ni coge el teléfono.

Negative experience: Mal, falta profesionalidad

Negative experience: Incomprensible la película que se ha montado para quedarse con 35 € de la fianza. Después de ver el piso conmigo y acordar que estaba en buen estado, se pasa varios días dándome largas por teléfono. Al final, me acaba enviando un correo diciendo que se va a quedar con este dinero y me adjunta fotografías de una pileta llena de cacharros que no son míos, rascazos en el suelo que ya estaban en el piso y se mencionan en el propio contrato... Discutimos y ahora me dice que hay polvo en mi habitación y se va a gastar más de 70 € en la limpieza. Eso sí, no adjunta ningún tipo de factura por la misma, a pesar que se la solicitamos en varias ocasiones. Supongo que debe ser una práctica habitual y asumirá que siendo una cantidad "pequeña" no le vamos a causar problemas. Pues espero que te haya merecido la pena!

Negative experience: Lamento tener que hacer esto de forma anónima pero estoy pendiente de demandar a la inmobiliaria por estafa con la fianza. Escribo esto para ver si puedo evitar que time a alguien mas. Desde el momento en el que firmas no vuelves a saber nada mas de ellos a no ser que te presentes ahí. Cosa que si haces te darán largas para nunca tener que arreglar nada en el piso. No te devolverán nunca la fianza, culpandote por las cosas que deberían haber arreglado ellos. Recomiendo que os fijéis especialmente en las facturas, dado que me intentaron hacer pagar las de otro piso en repetidas ocasiones.

Negative experience: Trato pésimo. No contesta al telefono o correos. Ningún tipo de asistencia en el piso. Pisos en malisima calidad, de la cual te echará la culpa al finalizar el contrato. Si alquilas en esta inmobiliaria puedes despedirte de la fianza.

Negative experience: Estuve a la espera de su respuesta desde el 05/01/2022 luego de la visita, dejó de responder mis llamadas de un momento a otro, quiero comentarle que al igual que su tiempo, el mío también posee un valor comercial, en un sentido muy preciso, se considera una cualidad profesional que identifica a los grandes organizaciones y empleados saber comunicar con antelación las respuestas en relación a la propia dinámica de la labor diaría, sean o no positivas para el cliente, recordemos que la cortesía y la responsabilidad nos posicionan en lugares a donde jamás llegará el marketing, No tengo un comentario más apropiado para mi experiencia con usted/ustedes.

Negative experience: Comerciales con falta de proactividad, marcada debilidad en contacto interpersonal con el cliente, poca practica de los recursos corporativos generales, por lo menos sirven de mal ejemplo.

Negative experience: Para empezar, el trato, muy mal. Gente poco seria, discriminadora y especista. No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria a personas con animales no humanos en sus vidas, puesto que los van a rechazar con una sonrisa burlona y con aires de superioridad moral. No se preocupen, que me encargaré de no recomendarles en ningún momento. Un cordial saludo.
