Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Meine persönliche Erfahrung mit Makler Witte war enttäuschend. Im notariellen Kaufvertrag wurde die plus valia auf der Immobilie auf mich als Käuferin übertragen, ohne dass ich vorab ausdrücklich darüber informiert wurde. ( Die mit 20% verzinst wurde...) Meines Erachtens wäre eine frühzeitige und transparente Kommunikation in einem solchen Fall angemessen gewesen. Ich empfehle künftigen Käuferinnen und Käufern, sämtliche Vertragsdetails sehr genau zu prüfen und sich ggf. rechtlich beraten zu lassen.

Negative experience: Ich habe zwei Mail geschrieben, habe bis heute keine Antwort bekommen, ich bin dann persönlich vorbei gegangen, Mitarbeiterin hat mich draussen vor der Kette (Absperrung vormutlich für Corona) abgefertigt,sie hat kurz im Computer (ca 1 min) reingeschaut,und mir die Rückmeldung gegeben,dass von meinen 3 intressierten Wohnungsanfragen, alles schon vergeben ist, Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kundenbindung scheint die Mitarbeiterin nicht zukennen, es wurde mir weder eine alternative oder irgendwas anderes angeboten.Für mich kommt dieses Immobilienbüro nicht mehr in Frage

Service has been very professional , with great attention to requests and expectations. Positive experience: Ein seriöses Unternehmen. Hier ist der Kunde gut aufgehoben. Ich kenne einige Immobilienbüros, nicht alle sind gut, bei Imperial fühlt man sich von Anfang an verstanden. Fantastic experience: Habe bei Imperial Centro meine Traumwohnung in Puerto de la Cruz zum Kauf gefunden. Die Beratung (in Deutsch) vor der 1. Besichtigung war eingehend und es wurden entsprechende Objekte zur Besichtigung angeboten. Die Besichtigungen waren gut organisiert und auch nur Objekte dabei die zur Beratung passten. Auch die anschliessende Kaufabwicklung wurde professionell begleitet und selbst nach Kaufabschluß war Frau Gabriela Schmid noch bei der Ummeldung von Strom, Wasser, Müll und Grundsteuer behilflich und hat die entsprechendenn Termin begleitet. Zusammenfassend: Professioneller Service und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
