Negative experience: The agent is offering my own apartment for sale here!!!! I don't know this agent!!! He has no mandate from me!!! Totally cheeky even on the phone!!!! Tells me the apartment is rented!!!! All lies!!! Caution

Negative experience: Disappointing treatment. The person who assisted me hung up the phone in less than 2 minutes, and all because I told them that a 16-meter terrace is small for a penthouse. I don't think they will sell properties well this way. They need a customer service training course!!

Negative experience: This ghost company dealing with Mr. Francisco LAST NAME AL... located in Tenerife, Calle San Juan N4 offers premises without the necessary paperwork. The only thing they care about is collecting their commission!! They do not help the client find a place that is not perfect but in order since afterwards, without first opening papers or the license, the municipalities leave you with nothing. The most serious thing is that they don't even know what those papers are for or what function they serve. It's like saying I sell a car without a title. Advice: stay away from this mercenary looking for desperate people to take on premises. There are much better and more professional options.

Negative experience: Very bad real estate agency that posts offers that are not available. Very rude and arrogant. Avoid doing business with them or you'll loose time and money and you will be treated in an unprofessional way. I asked for an apartament that is listed as rental and they said "Nothing we have on our walls is available" So basically they just deceive people. Read other reviews that tell about their ways.

Negative experience: Yo interesada en ver un piso de alquiler. Llame 2 veces. Pero Promoción centre pasa un kilo en llamarme para hacer una cita. Asi que, propietarios, no deja su propiedad en manos de esta empresa. No hacen nada

Fantastic experience: Gente amable y profesional, muy difícil de encontrar una agencia así por lo cual la mayoría te cobran una comisión superior a la de esta agencia, fui personalmente me eh informado (un chico muy amable y muy culto la verdad) y eh comparado precios y son los mejores acorde a los pisos, que la verdad están muy nuevos y bien amueblados, muchas gracias:)

Negative experience: Professionalità 0, pur di vendicarsi sui clienti per i negativi ricevuti.. vanno ad indagare chi sono e dove lavorano per dare problemi. da tenersi assolutamente lontani!

Negative experience: Esta inmobiliaria deja mucho que desear. Son arrogantes,muy malcriados y con muy poca profesionalidad. Es increíble que, en España, en pleno siglo XXI, existan personas que puedan tratar de esa manera a los clientes. Cuando alquilan un apartamento de 500€, cobran al inquilino 1500€, los cuales 500€ son de fianza, 500€ la comision que le cobra al propietario del apartamento, 500€ que le cobra al inquilino.En definitiva,un apartamento que se alquila por 500€, se embolsan 1000€ de comision, sin avisar de esas ganancias, ni al propietario ni al inquilino. Es una vergüenza los pocos escrúpulos que tienen de engañar a las personas.

Negative experience: Es inaudito que esta inmobiliaria trabaje con personas. Muy malcriados y poco profesionales. Cuando alquilan un apartamento, le cobran comisión al casero y al inquilino. Si el apartamento vale 800€,se llevan 1600€ de comisión. Por ejemplo, si el inquilino entra en el mes de enero, la inmobiliaria le dice al propietario que el mes que corre corresponde al mes de comisión. Y, al inquilino les cobra otros 800€ diciéndoles lo mismo. Al final, el inquilino paga 2400€ y ellos se llevan 1600€ de comisión. El propietario se lleva 800€de fianza que se devolveria al final del contrato al inquilino. Lo peor de tido, es que ellos no notifican ni a una parte ni a la otra y engañan al propietario y al inquilino

Negative experience: These people offer property for sale thats NOT on the market. How can I confirm this, they tried offering MY property for sale in there window and on their flyers outside the office, back to me, they told me it hadnt been on the market long, that the property they had seen it recently and was a good deal. Not bad since i have owned my home for over a year, they had never entered and it was not even for sale with anyone else. They had taken my property pic from the web when it WAS for sale over 18 months ago and pasted it to make a false advertisement. When I exposed them they just laughed in my face. AVOID these people.
