The viewing of the apartment we were interested in took place without 'big broker fuss', but was very factual and competent. The same goes for the further talks with him until the preliminary contract after two days (on 28.04.2023). Since the apartment was still rented and we needed the 'NIE number', a date for the final notarial contract was set for mid/end of July 2023. Even during this time, Tomás was always (even during his vacation) quickly accessible and could respond competently. Before and after the final notarial contract (24.07.2023), he was always there and could quickly solve complicated tasks. He took exemplary care of the presentation with the property management, the changing of electricity, etc. As I have already carried out many real estate transactions in my life, I can compare him well with other brokers.
