I have spent all of August trying to rent an apartment just because of the unresolved procedures. You arrive there, and every day is something new. They don't pick up the phone, they don't check emails, and they don't give you the keys to the apartment even two days before so you can move your things in. During the visit, I had to go twice because they didn't show me the garage or storage room, and I have to go back again to complete the tour. In particular, there is a girl there who asks overly personal questions instead of just asking for the necessary documents and providing the accounts; it feels like the 'Sálvame Deluxe' of my life every time I go. I haven't even started with them, and I'm already scared of how the management will be once I'm in. Very, very bad. I've been renting my whole life and have never encountered anything like this. I do not recommend it at all. (This review was from September 2020... Years later. I'm still in shock.)

Negative experience: Honestly, one of the worst agencies in Santiago that I've seen. The line to get 'served' starts in the early morning and by 10, the employees just write down your phone number on a piece of paper and promise you a call that never comes. I waited more than 6 hours for that call and consequently lost my entire morning waiting for that SO GUARANTEED call. There is a huge lack of responsibility and rigor in this real estate service (especially from the employee named Manuel, who failed to call his clients) and until you go inside the agency and raise your voice a bit, you go unnoticed. Negative experience: They do not return the deposit. I encourage everyone to go all the way to recover what is theirs, as all legal proceedings claiming amounts below €2000 do not require a lawyer or attorney (they handle everything from the court of first instance). They are bad people: they always claim that people are nervous, even if you have the patience of a saint and are not, after they mess with you and gaslight you infinitely. Check that the apartment being rented is owned by the person attributed in the contract, as in my case it was not, it wasn't even a relative (hello tax agency, ahem). Also check that when they send you the signed contract copy, it is not only signed by you but also signed by them. Ensure they deposit the deposit, sending you a receipt from the corresponding agency of the Xunta, as required by law (spoiler: they don’t do it). They refuse to repair things and give you the runaround. They say it cannot be fixed and that they can't change it for you. In other cases, when there are elements that do not pass inspections because they have faulty components (like boilers), they say they will send their trusted technician, claiming the manufacturer's official technician is a 'money grabber.' The blame is always on the previous tenants: 'they break everything and don't inform us', yet you talk to them and they show you they had been asking for years to have those things fixed. Do not rent anything there if you don’t want constant headaches. The most SURREAL experience I have lived in my life. PS: to start the refund process for the deposit, file a claim for it via burofax (stating they have 7 days to refund it); if they don’t, go to the court of first instance (it’s free and requires no lawyer or attorney). I recovered mine that way. PS2: most positive reviews come from friends/neighbors in their area. PS3: not only do friends from the area of Brión/Bertamiráns write positive reviews. Workers/owners like D. Marcos Boquete Landeira do it as well. His wife, Carmen, works there too. TREMENDOUS.

Negative experience: A bunch of incompetents from the first to the last. The staff's communication skills are non-existent, with very little desire to work. There is something called Kit Digital to create a decent website and not stand in a kilometer-long line, as we are in the 21st century. They don't know how to organize themselves, I do not recommend it at all, unless you have a pathological passion for incompetence, uselessness, and a lot of free time to endure absurd and unjustified waits. At first, everything was fine, but my friend arrived late and as soon as the saleswoman arrived, she started putting up obstacles. WHAT A COINCIDENCE, very racist on her part. In the end, they gave us an apartment where a Nazi used to live. I suppose it was to scare my friend off, and it obviously worked. We can't even imagine what the owner would have done if he had found out that a black person was living in his apartment.

We lost the whole week looking at apartments and saw how people picked the ones we liked right in front of us just because they had just arrived and were on a list that makes no sense, only those who have more audacity. In the end, we found a private owner, terrible service, only saved by the poor girls who are exploited.

When showing apartments, they do group visits, which is a very inefficient and inappropriate way of working; a lot of waiting time, uncomfortable moments to choose an apartment... I have been going back and forth for 2 weeks trying to rent an apartment and in the end, a girl there told me, 'you foreign students don’t have a guarantor and it's impossible to find an apartment....' A poorly managed agency with bad treatment. I will never go back there. They need to facilitate the procedures for foreign students; if they are here, it means they can pay their rent. I called the next day, it was Friday, and she told me to call her on Monday, and I was all calm, saying okay, no problem. Decir, aparte, que a persona que debe ser a "xefa", non ten ningún pudor en gritar aos seus traballadores e os demais, o que denota unha falta de respeto e de profesionalidade tremenda. Como a maioría das inmobiliarias de Santiago o único que saben é aproveitarse dos estudantes: prezos elevados tendo en conta que ofrecen zulos, se chamas porque tes calquer problema nunca collen o teléfono, se solicitas o máis mínimo arranxo podes morrer antes de que che fagan caso, etc. En resumo, vergonzoso. ACTUALIZACIÓN (setembro 2022): Dende o 17 xuño solicitamos mediante emails, chamadas e de xeito presencial que nos retiraran do piso un colchón pequeno e un escritorio practicamente inservible e molesto. Aclaro que era só retirar, non cambiar. Para a nosa sorpresa (ironía) cando entramos no piso en setembro os mobles seguían no piso, polo que acudín á inmobiliaria a preguntar cando os ían sacar. A súa resposta foi dicirme que xa nos mandarán un correo dicindo que non era posible, correo que a día de hoxe non chegou, i.e, a traballadora mentiume na cara. A súa explicación foi que o caseiro non tiña onde gardalos, cousa que tamén é mentira xa que o edificio conta cun trasteiro do cal nós non podemos facer uso. Dubidando do feito de que nin sequera contactaran co arrendador pedinlle que o chamara diante miña ou me dera o seu número. A súa contestación foi: "mira, que no, que te vayas", ao cal non puiden facer outra cousa que chamalos "incompetentes e estafadores". Días despois chamaron a unha das miñas compañeiras (non tiveron nin a decencia de facer sabermo a min) para decirlle que me vetaban na inmobiliaria, que o ano que vén non me deixan seguir no piso nin na inmobiliaria. Supoño que é moito máis sinxelo botar a unha simple estudante que lle chama o que realmente son que aprender a traballar.

Negative experience: Considero que teñen clientela porque teñen o monopolio dos pisos de estudantes en Santiago, o 70% dos pisos xestionados por inmobiliarias para estudantes deben ser seus e moitas veces non queda outra que alugar con eles. Se se tiveran en conta a eficiencia, o trato e o servizo (e incluso o produto, porque moitos dos pisos están en mal estado pero se seguen ofrecendo porque total, son para estudantes...) quedarían sen clientela. Por poñer un exemplo, a entrega de chaves estáselle pospoñendo a moita xente, cando os inquilinos teñen dereito a acceder ao piso dende o día que comeza o contrato. Abarcan demasiado coa cantidade de pisos que teñen en relación coa súa eficiencia e son incapaces de xestionalo, dando un servizo moi cuestionable.

Negative experience: Un trato nada axeitado cos estudantes e unha organización que deixa moito que desexar. Esixen que pidamos cita para calquera tipo de xestión, pero apenas responden aos correos nin ás chamadas (enviei un correo hai unha semana sen resposta e tiven que chamar 6 veces para que me colleran), e se te presentas alí sen cita bótanche unha bronca dicindo que están saturados e que non podemos ir cando nos dá a gana. Métenos no mesmo saco a todos por ser estudantes e fálanos coma se fósemos delincuentes. Desde logo que o trato ao estudantado é penoso.

Negative experience: LA PEOR INMOBILIARIA DEL MUNDO. Que alegría haber entregado las llaves ya de ese piso. Son unas maleducadas las trabajadoras o jefas de esta inmobiliaria. No tienen organización , ni seriedad ni profesional ninguna. Mi prima de 13 años trabajaría mejor que estas trabajadoras. Y si no os gusta el trabajo, haber estudiao. Y como no nos devolvais la fianza, vamos por la ley, que el piso quedó mil veces mejor de que como estaba.

Negative experience: Enseñan los pisos y cuando le dices me lo quedo te piden la nómina de tus padres dni de todos y te tienen esperando días y días porque a cada estudiante le piden un aval, al final para d decirte que no lo alquilan porque lo quieren para todo el año y no estudiantes , entonces para que lo enseñan , al margen que la persona que lo enseña no tiene tarjeta no tiene teléfono y todo en la oficina , debería haber leído antes las reseñas que tenían . No se marea a los estudiantes, si no lo quieren alquilar no lo enseñen

Negative experience: Tienen una gran cantidad de pisos y se aprovechan de ello. El estado de los inmuebles era muy mejorable y la atención al cliente pésima. No solucionaron los problemas que tuvimos en el piso y aún se "rieron" de nosotros.

Negative experience: Incompetencia e impertinencia. De las peores experiencias en inmobiliaria que he tenido. Nunca devuelven la fianza íntegra y se aprovechan de que no vas a denunciar por 300 o 400 euros. Precios inflados y trato espantoso, es imposible contactar con ellos sin acudir a las oficinas: ignoran llamadas y emails. Definitivamente no recomendaré la inmobiliaria ni a arrendadores ni arrendatarios.

Negative experience: Creo que es, seguramente, la peor inmobiliaria de todo Santiago. Hemos alquilado un piso de estudiantes con ellos y nada más llegar no tenía ni un mínimo de limpieza, armarios llenos de polvo, ventanas sin limpiar, bichos incluso en la cama… además añadir que ninguna de las cortinas iba correctamente, la campana de la cocina no funcionaba, la nevera tenía un olor fuerte(diciéndolo con educación, porque esa nevera llevaba sin limpiarse meses tranquilamente… bueno como el resto del piso). Podría seguir así un rato más por desgracia. Encima todos estos problemas se lo hemos comunicado mediante correo electrónico y yendo ahí personalmente, de esto hace 5 meses y su excusa fue que iban a tardar porque tenían mucha demanda de problemas en piso y que iban por orden de gravedad. Pues si que tienen pisos si… mima, en fin… Encima te intentas comunicar con ellos por teléfono y 8/10 veces no te cogen, dices tú, mima deben de tener mucha gente allí para atender. Llegas allí y nunca hay ni un alma. En fin, yo le puse una estrella por no ponerle media o ninguna directamente.

Negative experience: Pésima gestión!⚠️⚠️⚠️ Veo por aquí varias reseñas positivas que son de propios empleados y "chapuzas" que trabajan con ellos en los arreglillos que se dignan a realizar. La realidad es otra... Todos los empleados son unos impertinentes y maleducados. Faltas de respeto constantes. Cláusulas abusivas en los contratos,cobros irregulares de facturas y alquileres. Cobros de la comunidad,sin descontar gastos que corresponden al arrendador. No realizan las revisiones de gas,salvo que tú se lo recuerdes e insistas en ello. (Como en todo). Tampoco entregan la documentación necesaria,como puede ser el propio contrato,ni justificante alguno de los pagos realizados. Se desentienden de los arreglos que necesiten los inmuebles y de su mantenimiento. Se niegan a comunicarte con el arrendador para que no conozca las deficiencias de su gestión. Y podría continuar... Exigen,pero no cumplen en nada!

Negative experience: Poco profesionales y maleducadas. El año pasado cogimos el piso con ellos y fue una experiencia pesima. El piso estaba asqueroso (leo algun comentario que dice que claro el piso esta asqueroso por culpa de los estudiantes, algo que no justifica que no lo limpien al acabar el arrendamiento para el proximo cliente pero bueno, cuentas falsas). Además no se hasta que punto es legal que tarden 2 meses desde la finalizacion del contrato para devolverte tu fianza, que por cierto ellos mismos deciden quitarte la mitad de la fianza para pagar "facturas pendientes" (en mi caso 300 euros, no se lo creen ni ellos). A esto ultimo sumarle que por lo que tengo entendido las fianzas de los pisos se almacenan en una especie de bolsa de la xunta, dinero que nadie puede tocar. Y por ultimo, en ningun momento te remiten facturas verdaderas, ellos deciden mandarte una hoja de calculo de excel en el que indican el importe a pagar, fiate tu de ellos despues de todo. Ante esta situacion me dirigi a las oficinas donde obviamente me puse serio (despues de ver que dejamos el piso normal como estaba y solo nos habian devuelto 300 euros de 600 de fianza). La respuesta de una de las oficinistas (las dos que estan unas maleducadas y con una capacidad de atencion al cliente nula) fue darme largas, poner excusas y decirme que estaba nervioso. Posteriormente llamo mi padre y le dijeron que yo me habia comportado como un maleducado, la hipocresia. Lo unico de lo que me arrepiento es de no haberme puesto en contacto con un avogado para consultar la legalidad de todo lo que habian hecho.

Negative experience: Se aprovechan de que tienen muchos pisos y de que los acabarán alquilando igual a quien no encuentre otra cosa. Pisos con humedades, con ventanas que no cierran y sin persianas... Mala atencion al cliente, te ignoran durante semanas... No nos dieron las llaves del buzón en todo el curso, nos acabaron diendo un destornillador para que lo abrieramos así. Cuando dejas el piso no te dicen cuanto te devuelven de la fianza hasta meses después y, cuando te la devuelven, no te dicen por qué te han quitado lo que falta.

Fantastic experience: Llevamos ya 6 años con ellos, en el mismo piso, la verdad es que no hemos tenido nunca ningún problema, único la espera lógica y entendible que se produce en las épocas de entrega y recogida de llaves, pero siempre que hemos tenido un problema lo han solucionado rápidamente y sin incidencias, además durante la pandemia hicieron un trabajo increíble para que todo el mundo saliera "ganando" muy recomendable.

Fantastic experience: Este es el segundo año que confiamos en esta inmobiliaria para buscar piso como estudiantes y la experiencia volvió a ser estupenda. Nos asesoraron y ayudaron en todo momento para tratar de encontrar el piso que más se ajustaba a nuestras necesidades e intereses. Destacaría especialmente la rapidez de los trámites y el trato recibido por parte de los trabajadores, pues pese al gran número de estudiantes al que tuvieron que atender, gestionaron la situación con calma y responsabilidad.

Fantastic experience: Buenos profedionales, en general por mi trabajo no solo conozco esta inmobiliaria sino tambien otras, buena paciencia tienen que tener para aguantar a esta gente que les critica, la mayoria de las veces sin razon con calumnias y mentiras. Quienes rompen las cosas, dejan los pisos sucios, muy sucios son los inquilinos no los dueños ni las inmobiliarias, algo estamos haciendo mal como sociedad cuando vemos como se estan perdiendo tolos valores, respeto, educacion, empatia y solo hay agresividad y malas formas.

Fantastic experience: Es el segundo año que busco piso en esta inmobiliaria y mi experiencia ha sido muy buena. Hay una gran variedad de pisos lo que facilita que cada cliente encuentre lo que mejor se adapta a sus necesidades y preferencias. Destacaría principalmente, el buen trato y la implicación que muestran sus empleadas, siempre agradables y atentas. Además, la organización que han desarrollado para posibilitar la visita y alquiler de pisos para estudiantes me parece muy acertada y facilitadora. En cuanto a mi experiencia tratando con esta inmobiliaria, debo reconocer que siempre que ha habido algún problema en el piso nos han ayudado con la mayor rapidez posible y siempre haciéndose cargo de aquellos aspectos que les competían.
